Why did the page move while I was filling out a form?
The beta form system has been changed so validation appears next to the field and the page does not automatically scroll. Hard refresh with Ctrl+F5 on Windows or reload the page on a phone to obtain the newest script.
What happens if the database has a temporary problem?
The form retries the database connection. If the database is still unavailable, the sanitized submission is stored in a private recovery queue outside the public website and receives a VMF reference number for later delivery.
Can I email the completed form instead?
Yes. Each public campaign form includes an “Email this form instead” button and a copy option. Nothing is sent automatically. Passwords, payment details, hidden fields and security tokens are excluded.
How do I translate the site?
Open Accessibility & Help and choose a language. Browser translation is preferred. In Edge or Chrome, use the Translate icon in the address bar. In Safari, use the Page Menu or Translate button when available.
How do I request captions, ASL or physical access at an event?
Email info@votemotta2028.com with the event, date, accommodation needed and a reliable way to reply. Advance notice helps, but late requests should still be considered.
Does the campaign collect my device information?
The accessibility panel uses broad device and browser capability detection locally to display useful instructions. It does not need to transmit that information unless you choose to include it in a support request.
Is the guided chat a live person?
No. It is an automated help guide. Use email or the support form below for a campaign response.
