NASA says it has not found credible evidence of extraterrestrial life and says there is no evidence that UAPs are extraterrestrial. AARO likewise says no evidence of extraterrestrial technology has been found in its public record.

Obama, UAP, and the question voters ask
Former President Barack Obama has made public comments that keep this issue in the mainstream. In 2021, he said there are records and footage of objects in the sky that officials cannot easily explain. In 2026, during a Brian Tyler Cohen lightning round, he answered that aliens are real, then clarified that he meant the odds of life somewhere in the universe are high and that he had seen no evidence of extraterrestrial contact during his presidency.
Motta position: A president should not joke voters away from truth. If the government has records, crash-retrieval claims, contractor records, sensor data, non-human intelligence allegations, or hidden budgets, the public deserves a lawful review, a release schedule, and congressional oversight.

Executive inventory order
Order every federal department, intelligence component, military branch, contractor channel, and archive to identify UAP/NHI records, videos, crash-retrieval allegations, biological-material allegations, and special access program references.
Disclosure advisory board
Create a balanced disclosure board with scientists, pilots, veterans, whistleblower counsel, faith/community voices, civil liberties experts, and UAP researchers. I would invite Dr. Steven Greer for a disclosure briefing/advisory role, pending acceptance, vetting, and public conflict checks.
Whistleblower safe channel
Protect lawful whistleblowers who report records to Congress, Inspectors General, or the disclosure board. No retaliation for truthful reporting through lawful channels.
Public release schedule
Release declassified videos, documents, sensor data, and budget trails in batches, with clear labels: confirmed fact, unresolved case, witness testimony, allegation, or redacted national-security record.
One Simple Bill
No thousand-page pork bill. One bill: UAP Transparency, Whistleblower Protection, Contractor Accountability, and Public Records Act.
No fear narrative
Disclosure should not be used to scare citizens into war, emergency powers, censorship, or new secret spending. We The People deserve truth without psychological manipulation.

My campaign can cite his public work and invite his briefing input without claiming he has formally joined the campaign unless he accepts. The public UAP record currently runs through defense and intelligence channels, including AARO. That makes the Commander in Chief responsible for lawful oversight. The point is not to start a war over UAP.
