Robert R. Motta for President 2028
Official Statement Draft — Are Aliens Real? / UAP Disclosure / Dr. Greer Video Center

My position is simple: the American people deserve lawful disclosure, whistleblower protection, congressional oversight, public access to evidence, serious scientific research, and accountability.

UAP disclosure is not just a UFO issue. It is a constitutional oversight issue, a public accountability issue, and a potential national security issue affecting our skies, our oceans, space, and activity here on Earth.

The Dr. Steven Greer video embedded on this page is treated as public testimony and campaign research, not automatically proven fact. My policy is to open a lawful review process that separates sourced fact, testimony, candidate opinion, research leads, and policy proposals.
