Magazine use

The Motta Review contains candidate statements, policy proposals, campaign advertising, third-party embeds, public-source summaries and clearly labeled editorial material. Embedded content does not imply endorsement.

SMS program

Program name: Vote Motta 2028 Campaign Updates. Users opt in by entering a mobile number and checking the separate SMS consent box. Messages may include campaign news, issue releases, event notices, volunteer opportunities and responses to inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of donating, purchasing merchandise or receiving the email magazine.

Status: the campaign may collect consent, but outbound campaign SMS should remain disabled until the applicable carrier/Twilio registration is approved.

Merchandise and contributions

Campaign-fundraising merchandise and direct campaign contributions should use separate, clearly labeled flows. The full amount paid for campaign fundraising merchandise may count toward applicable federal contribution limits. Final eligibility, limits, refund, fulfillment and reporting settings must be approved by the campaign treasurer and counsel.
