Every community has the right to see the projected and actual water and electricity use of a large data center. 3. Households and small businesses have the right not to subsidize private infrastructure without a documented public benefit. 4. Farmers, hospitals, firefighters and drinking-water systems have the right to be protected in drought and emergency planning. 5. Residents have the right to public notice, understandable impact reports, hearings and an appeal before major approvals. 6. Patients have the right to understandable drug and vaccine benefits, side effects, uncertainties and alternatives. 7. Patients have the right to evidence-based nutrition support and referral to qualified professionals. 8. Caregivers have the right to training, respite, clear benefits and practical support. 9. Whistleblowers have the right to report falsified safety, water, research or financial records without retaliation. 10. No corporation or official should receive protection for proven fraud, evidence concealment or serious manufacturing misconduct. 11. Scientific dissent should not be censored merely because it challenges a powerful institution; claims must still be tested. 12.
