Presidential Ground Transportation
A campaign visual explaining security, continuity, communications and the responsibility of presidential movement.
The presidency is not a trophy. It is a constitutional duty to keep the government functioning, protect the American people, control the nation’s most dangerous weapons, preserve lawful succession and serve without foreign gifts or hidden obligations.
Why vote Robert R. Motta? Because America needs an independent one-term president willing to show voters the proposed team, protect veterans and whistleblowers, test breakthrough ideas without declaring them proven, demand UAP transparency across space, air and sea, and put intelligence—not donor loyalty—back in the White House.
These campaign videos will be embedded from Robert’s official X.com and YouTube posts. The visual settings are campaign presentations and do not imply current government office, military command or access to presidential assets.
A campaign visual explaining security, continuity, communications and the responsibility of presidential movement.
A campaign visual about secure transportation, communications, national emergencies and service to the people.
A campaign visual explaining why secure, flexible presidential transportation supports continuity and emergency response.
Leadership means listening to troops, veterans and military families—not using them as a backdrop and forgetting them after the cameras leave.
Continuity planning exists so constitutional authority, essential services, military command, emergency communications and lawful succession continue through attack, disaster, incapacitation or national emergency.
The vice president and statutory succession process must be understood, trained and protected before a crisis—not improvised afterward.
Departments need alternate sites, protected communications, delegated authority, records access and tested emergency staffing.
Necessary security details may remain classified, but emergency powers, legal authorities, costs and after-action findings require oversight.
The White House, military, Cabinet, Congress, courts and state partners should test communications and succession without political theater.
No emergency plan should become a blank check for indefinite rule, secret detention, censorship, confiscation without due process or suspension of constitutional government.
The president is supported by secure communications and authentication procedures often described publicly as the nuclear “football.” It is not a simple launch button. It supports communications and decision options inside a larger military command system.
A president must understand deterrence, warning systems, false alarms, escalation, proportionality, continuity, consultation and the catastrophic consequences of error.
Presidential transportation and protection are working security systems—not personal luxury brands. Their purpose is to keep the president connected, protected and capable of fulfilling constitutional duties.
Protects designated leaders and investigates specified financial crimes. A president must respect professional security judgments while preventing political misuse.
Commonly called “The Beast,” it is a hardened transportation and communications platform operated for presidential protection.
“Air Force One” is the call sign used by an Air Force aircraft carrying the president. The current presidential airlift system is a national-security asset.
“Marine One” is the call sign used by a Marine Corps aircraft carrying the president, supporting secure short-range movement.
I will not accept a personal aircraft, future presidential-library aircraft or other extraordinary benefit from Qatar or any foreign government. Any aircraft used for presidential transportation must be lawfully acquired, fully owned and controlled by the United States, independently inspected, counterintelligence-cleared and free of personal benefit or foreign leverage.
Military decorations belong to service members whose conduct satisfies established standards. The president may participate in ceremonies and, in specified cases, approve high-level awards, but no president should use medals as political props or rewrite evidence to favor friends.
A Motta administration would protect accurate service records, accelerate correction of errors, review unjust denials and preserve the distinction between military decorations, civilian awards and political praise.
The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded by the Norwegian Nobel Committee, not by a president or campaign. Donald Trump has repeatedly been nominated or promoted for the prize, but nomination is not the same as selection.
Robert R. Motta will not campaign for a peace prize. The goal is fewer wars, fewer dead civilians, safer troops, enforceable agreements and a more secure world. Recognition, if any, comes afterward.
America pioneered aviation and spaceflight, but most of our own ocean remains insufficiently mapped at modern resolution. A Motta administration would treat the underwater domain as a scientific, security and discovery priority—not an afterthought.
Presidential Ocean Discovery, Maritime Security & UAP/USO Research Initiative
Gallaudet is a retired Navy oceanographer, former Oceanographer of the Navy, former commander of Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command, and former NOAA assistant secretary. Robert proposes inviting him to coordinate NOAA, Navy oceanography, universities, maritime archaeologists and private exploration partners.
His public work emphasizes that unexplained phenomena must be studied not only in space and air, but also in the oceans and underwater domain. The mission would examine safety reports and transmedium claims without assuming extraordinary conclusions.
No endorsement or acceptance is implied. UAP and USO reports require sensor review, competing explanations, classification checks and independent science.
Space Force, NASA, national-security space, cislunar awareness and MoonCam technology demonstrations.
FAA, military aviation, weather, aerospace safety and sensor-quality standards.
Navy, Coast Guard, NOAA, shipping safety, weather, fisheries and maritime security.
Bathymetry, submarines, acoustic systems, ROVs, AUVs, archaeology and unidentified submerged reports.
A sonar image is not a city. A story is not an artifact. An unusual sensor return is not automatically a nonhuman craft. But credible evidence should not be buried, mocked or withheld merely because it challenges assumptions.
Robert’s MoonCam concept would place durable camera and communications systems on the lunar surface, aimed back toward Earth, so students, scientists and the public can see our world from another celestial body.
NASA, the United States Space Force, national-security space organizations, universities or commercial partners could sponsor a technology demonstration using radiation-tolerant electronics, thermal control, dust protection, reliable power, precision pointing and high-bandwidth communications.
The Moon presents severe engineering conditions: vacuum, abrasive dust, radiation and surface temperatures that can exceed 250°F and fall below -410°F in some environments. The project therefore begins as an engineering and science proposal—not a claim that an ordinary Earth camera can simply be placed on the Moon.
The International Space Station has been continuously occupied since November 2000 and has supported thousands of investigations and technology demonstrations. Its cameras and crew photography helped generations see Earth from low Earth orbit. MoonCam would not replace the ISS; it would extend public Earth observation to the lunar surface and test equipment for a harsher, more distant environment.
Robert has not selected every name. The page separates proposed offices from talent-pool options and requires military, engineering, ethics and Senate review where applicable.
The senior uniformed Space Force officer. Selection must emphasize strategic judgment, orbital defense, acquisition performance, cyber resilience, lawful military advice and independence from contractors.
Civilian leadership over the Department of the Air Force, including the Air Force and Space Force, subject to presidential nomination and Senate confirmation.
Lead civil exploration, Earth science, aeronautics and Moon-to-Mars programs while keeping scientific missions distinct from military command.
A systems engineer or mission leader responsible for requirements, open competition, thermal and radiation testing, power, pointing, communications, public data and lifecycle cost.
NASA, Space Force, NOAA, universities, optical engineers, planetary scientists, educators, cybersecurity professionals and public-interest reviewers.
Coordinate lawful publication standards for space, air, sea and underwater evidence while protecting genuine national-security capabilities.
A president can nominate officers, appoint lawful advisers, convene commissions, recommend funding and direct agencies to evaluate proposals. That authority must never replace peer review, safety testing, procurement law or proof.
Independent Physics Review and Uon Theory Testing
Dr. Yu would be invited to present Uon Theory and the claim that magnetism is fundamental to atoms and matter. The government would publish assumptions, equations, predictions, experiments, instrumentation and independent replication results.
Uon Theory is not presented as established physics. Funding would depend on testable predictions, safety and independent review.
Thunderstorm Generator Testing and Inventor Replication
Bendall would be invited to submit the Thunderstorm Generator for controlled laboratory evaluation, emissions testing, energy accounting, materials analysis, independent replication and publication of positive or negative findings.
Claims of excess energy, fuel transformation or unusual plasma effects require independent laboratory proof.
Navy-Linked Patents and Reproducible Engineering Review
Pais would be invited to explain patents involving high-energy electromagnetic fields, inertial-mass reduction, gravitational-wave generation, superconductivity and compact fusion. Patents establish disclosure and legal claims—not working performance.
Any project must disclose prior tests, failures, costs, conflicts and measurable criteria for success.
Proposed Patient and Records Accountability Witness
Robert has asked to invite “Pete” regarding alleged ATI Physical Therapy fraud or disputed treatment records. The exact full name, correct spelling and source video must be confirmed before this page identifies him or states allegations.
No person or company is accused of fraud on this page without identified records, a fair response opportunity and clear separation between allegations and proven findings.
Create a small, transparent gateway for inventors and unconventional researchers. Use staged grants, milestone payments, independent laboratories, red-team review, complete energy accounting, safety controls, conflict disclosures and public results. Failed tests must be published so taxpayers do not repeatedly fund the same unsupported claim.
Robert reports concerns about treatment, records and billing connected to his own physical-therapy experience. Those concerns should be documented with medical records, bills, insurance explanations, provider responses and qualified review—not converted into an unsupported accusation.
The broader policy is straightforward: patients should be able to obtain complete records, understand billing, challenge errors, preserve evidence and receive timely written responses.
Foreign policy must serve the United States—not the president’s businesses, library, family, donors or future income.
No acceptance of extraordinary aircraft or comparable benefits from Qatar or any foreign state for presidential or later personal use.
Publish lawful disclosures of significant gifts, official meetings, conflicts, recusals and decisions affecting donors or foreign governments.
Require written legal and counterintelligence review before accepting major foreign-government property or unusual benefits.
“My loyalty is not for sale—to Qatar, a billionaire, a defense contractor, a party machine or anyone else. My loyalty is to the Constitution and the American people.” — Robert R. Motta, Candidate for President 2028
Robert’s platform links continuity of government, veterans, military readiness, ocean discovery, Space Force, MoonCam, UAP transparency and inventor testing under one rule: government must show its work.
