Title: Are Aliens Real? Full Disclosure, Day One

My opinion as Robert R. Motta: yes, I believe life exists beyond Earth, and I believe the American people deserve lawful, complete UAP disclosure.

But I will not insult voters with fake proof, fake images, or secret-elite narratives presented as verified fact. A Motta administration will separate evidence, testimony, candidate opinion, and policy action.

Day One Plan:
1. Order a federal inventory of UAP/NHI records, videos, contractor references, crash-retrieval allegations, sensor data, and hidden-budget trails.
2. Create a balanced disclosure advisory board with scientists, pilots, veterans, whistleblower counsel, civil liberties experts, and UAP researchers.
3. Invite Dr. Steven Greer to provide a disclosure briefing/advisory input, pending acceptance, vetting, and conflict checks.
4. Protect lawful whistleblowers.
5. Release public records in batches with clear labels: confirmed fact, unresolved case, witness testimony, allegation, or properly redacted national-security material.
6. Pass One Simple Bill: UAP Transparency, Whistleblower Protection, Contractor Accountability, and Public Records Act.
