Motta 2028 — Accountability Campaign Brief
Motta 2028
Accountability
Transparency
Taxpayer Value

Hold Power Accountable

A campaign-style accountability brief built from your requested themes: Bill Barr, Donald Barr, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Epstein questions, the U.S. justice system, corruption concerns, taxpayer waste, and what your presidential preview means for voters.

Important: This page mixes verified background with campaign opinion. It distinguishes sourced reporting from your viewpoints. It does not present unproven criminal accusations as fact.

My message to voters

Voters are tired of excuses, tired of insiders protecting insiders, and tired of taxpayer dollars being spent on agencies that lose public trust and then demand more money without real accountability.

What “presidential preview” means

A presidential preview is the public outline of a candidate’s governing style, priorities, and promises before taking office.

My preview: transparency first, equal justice, no blank checks for failing institutions, and measurable accountability for officials who mislead the public.

Robert R. Motta — presidential preview for voters

I, Robert R. Motta, will not ask the American people to trust broken systems on faith. I will ask those systems to earn trust through results. If an agency fails, it gets audited. If an official misleads the public, that official gets investigated. If taxpayer dollars are being wasted, the waste stops. My presidency will not protect titles. It will protect the people.
  • Independent reviews when major public-interest cases collapse into confusion.
  • Mandatory transparency reports for DOJ, FBI, and other agencies when public trust is damaged.
  • Congressional testimony under oath for top officials when major failures occur.
  • Budget discipline: no more rewarding failure with bigger checks and less scrutiny.

Who is Bill Barr?

William Barr is a former U.S. attorney general who led the Department of Justice under George H.W. Bush and later under Donald Trump.

Campaign view: Barr became a symbol, for many voters, of a justice system that looked political, defensive, and more interested in managing fallout than rebuilding trust.

Who is Donald Barr?

Donald Barr was Bill Barr’s father. He was an educator, school administrator, and novelist. He was not a cabinet-level justice official like his son.

This matters mostly as background, not as a policy issue.

My view on Bill Barr

This is my opinion as a candidate and voter advocate:

Bill Barr should be remembered not just for his titles, but for the collapse in public confidence around major moments on his watch. A justice system that becomes harder to believe is a justice system that has failed the people, even before a jury says a word.
  • During Barr’s tenure, the Epstein death became a lasting symbol of institutional breakdown.
  • Barr also faced sustained criticism over his handling and framing of the Mueller report.
  • My position is simple: when trust falls apart, leadership does not get a pass.

Who killed Epstein?

The official ruling was suicide. But the public controversy never faded because the death happened amid glaring jail failures and high-profile connections.

This campaign page does not claim a specific person killed Jeffrey Epstein. It argues that the surrounding failures were so severe that millions of Americans stopped trusting the system that reported the answer.

What is the U.S. justice system?

In plain terms, it is the machinery of federal and state law enforcement, prosecutors, courts, corrections, and oversight. At the federal level, the Department of Justice includes components such as the FBI and the Bureau of Prisons.

My view: the justice system exists to serve the public, not to protect itself from embarrassment.

My view on corrupt institutions

This is political speech about institutional failure, not a blanket criminal claim against every employee.

Corrupt FBI

My view is that the FBI has too often become a symbol of selective trust, selective transparency, and politically filtered credibility. If it wants confidence back, it must earn it.

Corrupt CIA and corrupt military

My view is that intelligence and defense agencies cannot hide behind secrecy forever. National security is not a free pass for waste, evasion, or institutional arrogance.

My view on Pam Bondi

Pam Bondi is a former Florida attorney general and, more recently, served as U.S. attorney general before being replaced in April 2026.

My view is that voters are tired of officials who promise transparency and then leave the public with more confusion, more delay, and more questions than answers.

I want top officials like Pam Bondi held to the same standard they demand from the public: show up, testify, answer, document, and explain.

My view on Kash Patel

Kash Patel is a former intelligence and Defense Department official who later became FBI director.

My view is that rhetoric is not reform. If you say you are cleaning house, then the public should see cleaner books, cleaner processes, better evidence handling, and more honesty under oath.

Hold Barr, Bondi, and Patel accountable

  • Require sworn testimony when major public-interest investigations produce institutional scandals.
  • Publish post-failure audit reports with names, timelines, and corrective actions.
  • Freeze discretionary budget growth for agencies that fail core accountability benchmarks.
  • Strengthen inspector general independence and whistleblower protections.
  • Criminal referrals where evidence supports them, and public explanations where it does not.
Accountability is not revenge. Accountability is what makes government credible again.

Not wasting taxpayer dollars

My fiscal message is simple:

  • No more automatic budget increases for agencies that keep failing basic management tests.
  • No more endless public-relations cleanup after preventable scandals.
  • No more paying for secrecy where the public deserves records, answers, and measurable reform.
Taxpayers should not finance failure, confusion, and stonewalling. They should finance results.

Timeline of the trust collapse

2019: Epstein dies in federal custody. The official ruling is suicide, but prison irregularities, broken procedures, and later inspector-general findings keep the story alive in public distrust.

2019–2020: Bill Barr faces criticism over how he characterized the Mueller report and over broader DOJ credibility problems.

2024–2025: Public trust in government and attitudes toward key agencies remain weak and polarized in major surveys.

2025–2026: Pam Bondi and Kash Patel become lightning rods in broader debates about whether federal law enforcement is truly being reformed or simply rebranded.

Why voters are tired of it

Because ordinary Americans are told to trust systems that keep failing in public, testifying late, redacting heavily, blaming process, and asking for patience while confidence keeps dropping.

This is my political case to voters: you do not have to accept permanent institutional disappointment as normal.

Transcript-Based Briefing Draft

Transcript-Based Briefing Draft

This page organizes the uploaded transcript into a clearer structure around the topics you requested: governors like Clinton, Robert R. Motta as commander in chief, Charlie Kirk, your opinions, a corrupt FBI theme, the claim that the bullets do not match, what ROTC is, “armed queers,” rights, and a timeline around the question of who killed Charlie.

Important: This draft presents opinions, allegations, and claims from the transcript. It does not verify those claims as true, and it does not accuse any named person of murder as fact.

Main topics pulled from the transcript

Charlie Kirk Utah Governors Bill Clinton analogy ROTC Ballistics Corrupt FBI theme Armed Queers Mercenary recruitment claim

What ROTC is

ROTC stands for Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. It is a U.S. college-based program that trains students for service as commissioned officers in the military.

In the transcript, ROTC is discussed not as a neutral training program but as part of a larger alleged network. That framing is the speaker’s view, not an established fact.

Your requested framing

This draft includes sections that can be edited further into a speech page, manifesto-style page, or campaign-style statement with:

  • Robert R. Motta as commander in chief
  • Your opinions and rights framing
  • A timeline of transcript claims
  • A section on why the bullet/gun story is questioned

Condensed summary of the transcript’s theory

The transcript argues that Charlie Kirk’s killing should be viewed through a wider political and operational lens rather than as a simple lone-shooter event. It draws analogies to older covert-action narratives, invokes governors such as Bill Clinton, criticizes federal law enforcement, and repeatedly claims that the public ballistics story does not match the physical evidence described by the speaker.

Central idea in the transcript: the visible shooting story is treated as a cover story, while the real explanation is framed as a broader organized operation involving recruitment, money, and suppression of evidence.

Governors like Clinton

The transcript uses Bill Clinton in Arkansas as an analogy for how a governor could allegedly benefit from covert logistics, war-related networks, money movement, and university-linked pipelines. It then applies that analogy to Utah and its current power structure.

The speaker’s argument is not just about one event. It is about the idea that a governor controls state institutions, including universities and ROTC-linked environments, and therefore could allegedly enable broader operations.

Robert R. Motta as commander in chief

Below is a draft statement in the voice/theme you requested:

Draft statement:
“I, Robert R. Motta, speak as a commander in chief for truth, accountability, and the rights of the people. I reject corrupted institutions, selective justice, and narratives that collapse under scrutiny. Where the evidence does not fit, I will not pretend that it does. Where the bullets do not match the story, I will say so. Where federal agencies fail the people, I will call that failure by its name.”

Your opinions section

You asked for your opinions to be included. This version frames them as political opinions and interpretive conclusions rather than as verified facts:

  • You believe the official or public-facing story is incomplete.
  • You believe institutional actors, including the FBI, are treated in the transcript as compromised or corrupt.
  • You believe the ballistic story is contested because the weapon, bullet path, and visible wound descriptions do not align in the way claimed by the speaker.
  • You believe college-linked pipelines, including ROTC-related environments, matter to the timeline and motive questions raised in the transcript.

“Corrupt FBI” theme

The transcript repeatedly presents federal law enforcement as either compromised, inactive, or part of a larger failure. A safer, clearer way to phrase this in the HTML is:

“The transcript presents the FBI and federal authorities as untrustworthy or compromised. That is the speaker’s opinion and allegation, not a verified conclusion in this document.”

Why the transcript says the bullets do not match

The transcript argues that the weapon story is questionable because:

  • the visible wounds described by the speaker are said not to match the expected effects of a .30-06 style shot at the stated distance,
  • the gun allegedly introduced later is described as inconsistent with the rest of the narrative,
  • the transcript claims a missing or withheld bullet/autopsy problem,
  • the speaker argues that trajectory, spatter, and exit-wound expectations do not line up with the public story.

These are claims from the transcript, not independent forensic findings in this file.

Armed Queers, ROTC, and rights

The transcript treats “armed queers” not as a straightforward identity-based group but as a front or cover for a recruitment pipeline. That is an allegation from the speaker.

For a cleaner page that also incorporates your rights framing, this section can be phrased as:

“My rights do not vanish because institutions create labels, fronts, or fear campaigns. If organizations are being used as covers for operations beyond their stated purpose, the people have a right to ask questions, demand records, and challenge false narratives.”

Timeline of claims about who really killed Charlie

Before the shooting

The transcript claims Charlie Kirk was turning against continued Ukraine war funding and that this shift mattered politically.

Recruitment phase

The speaker claims ROTC-linked and Discord/Steam-linked channels were used to recruit or position individuals, with “armed queers” described as a front rather than the real structure.

Operational setup

The transcript questions how the rifle was obtained, whether it matched the bullet story, and whether a substitute weapon was later introduced into the narrative.

The shooting

The speaker argues the wound pattern and shot geometry do not fit the stated front-facing or simple lone-shooter explanation.

After the shooting

The transcript claims communications, phone access, and message records may have been manipulated to steer blame and isolate one person.

Bottom-line conclusion in the transcript

The speaker’s theory is that Charlie was not killed by a simple isolated act but by a broader team or operation, with one visible suspect allegedly left to take the fall.

Cleaner version for publishing

If you want this page to read more like a polished public statement, here is a shorter publishing-style paragraph:

“This briefing organizes a transcript that questions the public story around Charlie Kirk’s killing. It highlights themes involving governors, ROTC-linked environments, alleged recruitment channels, concerns about federal corruption, and claimed inconsistencies between the reported weapon and the visible wound narrative. The material reflects allegations and opinions presented in the transcript and is published here as a structured record of those claims.”

  • Identification of foreign and domestic actors responsible for war crimes

7
0:31

sOkay, good morning. Good morning you beautiful people all around the world.

8
0:35

sUh happy good morning uh here on this Friday. Happy Friday to everybody. Um

9
0:41

s[clears throat]

10
0:42

sso I have an angle on this uh Candace Owens story that I don't think anybody has uh picked up and I think it's the

11
0:51

smost important story. I think it's following the money. In any kind of uh investigation, you want to follow the

12
0:58

smoney. Um you don't want to follow um the Shoe Shine boys uh at the New York Stock Exchange failing unless they're

13
1:06

giving the advice to uh Joseph Kennedy Jr. to get out of the market. Joseph Kennedy, get out of the market. But you

14
1:14

typically want to follow the people uh in the major events in world history.

15
1:18

You want to follow the people that are the insiders, the people that are the richest people, the people that are doing the manipulation behind the

16
1:26

scenes, people are pulling the strings behind the scenes, people who are doing the machinations, the underhanded um uh

17
1:34

moves and so forth. That's the people that you typically want to find. And what I find interesting about the TPUSA

18
1:42

investigation and the Candace Owens thing is um there's so much focus on the minor players and these are not even

19
1:50

minor minor players. They are the really just the little kind of the runners and the the messenger boys, the pages. It'd

20
1:58

be like covering Congress. I was 5 years in Washington DC and you would say, "Okay, well the page from Alabama 19th,

21
2:06

s, 6 secondsyou know, over there by Huntsville,

22
2:08

s, 8 secondsAlabama, where Missile and Space Defense is where they do a lot of false flags,

23
2:13

s, 13 secondsuh, is is Mikey McCoy, you know, little Mikey McCoy, and he can make it from the Alabama Delegation up to the speaker's

24
2:21

s, 21 secondsdesk in about 12 seconds. We've we've timed that out. Uh that's how long it takes Mikey and McCoy to get from the missile and space defense lobby in

25
2:30

s, 30 secondsAlabama 19 up to the uh front of the speaker desk. And you know and to and I

26
2:37

s, 37 secondsand I appreciate all of the expose that's happened with the insiders at TPUSA. I get that. uh and how they

27
2:46

s, 46 secondsdidn't react correctly and how they seem to be on their phone in milliseconds and how they seem to be changing their story about what happened after the shots rang

28
2:54

s, 54 secondsout and I get that good morning Birmingham, Alabama where my mother was born, right? Uh so I uh we beautiful

29
3:02

s, 2 secondspeople, we appreciate you all over the world, people. Uh so yeah, I I get that kind of breakdown because it says uh

30
3:10

s, 10 secondspeople have this kind of natural litmus test like if your best friend was shot in front of you and there wasn't another shot and you didn't think it was a mass

31
3:18

s, 18 secondsmurder. Just the first natural tendency would be to go to your friend and help your friend. Put, you know, you take

32
3:26

s, 26 secondsyour shirt off if you had to or get any kind of gauze or whatever and bandage you would try to see how bad the wound is. Just just think of anytime you even

33
3:34

s, 34 secondssee a stranger fall on the street or whatnot. The first thing is you take two, you know, giant lunge steps toward them and or are you okay? You know,

34
3:43

s, 43 secondssometimes you see people fall on the street or whatever, older folks or people that are disabled, your first imp, you know, your first just instant

35
3:52

s, 52 secondsthing is to jump and help, right? And so the fact that Blake Nef uh goes on Telegram, the fact that Mikey like walks

36
4:01

s, 1 secondaway uh almost instantaneously on his phone are the telltale signs that people use to say something's up here. Some somebody knew something was going on.

37
4:12

s, 12 secondsBut when I try to figure out who did a murder, right? And when I look at the the big picture, if it's not Tyler

38
4:20

s, 20 secondsRobinson, everybody knows a a horizontal shot doesn't create a vertical wound.

39
4:27

s, 27 secondsSo, we know that's not the story, then I look for the most powerful people. I look for the richest people. I don't look for the people who are kind of the

40
4:36

s, 36 secondsallarans, the pages, and so forth. When I covered Congress, I was looking at Schumer. I was talking to all the Schumer aids. I was, you know, talking

41
4:44

s, 44 secondsto, you know, looking at Mark Short who was coming up from the White House.

42
4:48

s, 48 secondsHere, here comes Mark Short. He's in the carriage room. They're going to talk about DACA. What's the number going to be? Is it going to be 80,000? Is it going to be 90,000? Is it going to be

43
4:56

s, 56 seconds100,000? You know, this is how I covered the Senate. Um, and you ask the people who are the key decision makers, the key

44
5:04

s, 4 secondsswing senators. I remember the senator from uh West Virginia was always the one uh that I would ask the questions to

45
5:12

s, 12 secondsbecause he kind of led the swing group in the Senate. He was with the pharmaceutical company.

46
5:17

s, 17 secondsHis his mother was with pharmaceutical daughter was with the pharmaceutical company. I can't remember they jacked the price of um uh of all their drugs

47
5:27

s, 27 seconds700%. But anyway, uh Joe Mansion, I would always ask Joe Mansion. I would always kind of cover the action of okay

48
5:35

s, 35 secondswell it's it's going to be a close vote it's going to be 48 49 and there's three votes out there you know you know how all the Democrats are going to vote you

49
5:44

s, 44 secondsknow all the Republican vote the swing voters you know that's the guys I got to ask the questions to so I tend to go toward the most powerful people in a in

50
5:53

s, 53 secondsa conflict situation I go to the biggest money I go to the billionaires first right and then I'll work my way down to the millionaires work my way down to the

51
6:01

s, 1 secondpeople and then finally we'll get to the the the hand ringers and the and the people that are pages that are carrying the backpacks carrying somebody else's

52
6:09

s, 9 secondswater and so forth. And and what's amazing in this whole investigation is we haven't had anybody focusing on the

53
6:16

s, 16 secondsbillionaires. Um uh they they've gone unscathed. So uh billionaires um

54
6:25

s, 25 secondsand I mean and I have tremendous respect for everybody doing this. I have a tremendous respect for Baron Coleman. I have tremendous respect for Ian Carol. I

55
6:34

s, 34 secondshave tremendous respect for Candace. Um I I I I love them all. I think they're all doing a great job. But but the

56
6:42

s, 42 secondsDupants have gone without any kind of scrutiny here. And and they're the people making the key offer. You know,

57
6:49

s, 49 secondsit's sort of like waging the Godfather.

58
6:53

s, 53 secondsAnd here comes uh you know Salazzo you know one of the families crime families of New York and he's sitting in front of

59
7:00

sVeto Corleó and he says hey Salazzo you're going to have to be happy with the pizza joints in Brooklyn you know

60
7:09

s, 9 secondswe're going to take over Manhattan or whatever you know they're going to we're going to there's six bureaus in New York and there's six families and you're going to have to be happy with the slice

61
7:17

s, 17 secondswe we slice out for you. It's an offer you can't refuse, right? You realize that you're sitting there with the dawn

62
7:24

s, 24 secondsand the dawn is telling you how they've decided things are going to work. And you can either agree or disagree, but

63
7:33

s, 33 secondsyou're not going to go, I don't want Staten Island. You know, the Salazzos,

64
7:37

s, 37 secondsyou know, we we have all these pizza shops over in Brooklyn. We want we want Brooklyn. We don't want Staten Island.

65
7:43

s, 43 secondsThat's not how it works at the mafia meeting, right? where they've already determined how each family is going to get a slice of burrow of New York,

66
7:50

s, 50 secondsright? You either accept the deal that Veto Kolone has given you

67
7:56

s, 56 secondsor you say, "Well, I'll see you, you know, on the streets, you know, and then there's going to be a shootout, right?"

68
8:05

s, 5 secondsAnd so, it's called an offer you can't refuse. And this story, and amazingly,

69
8:11

s, 11 secondsno one's covered this. This story has an offer you can't refuse from a billionaire from a billionaire that we've been dealing with for 30 years.

70
8:20

s, 20 secondsI've been personally reporting on these billionaires for 10 years. And they're at the key points in all of the Trump

71
8:28

s, 28 secondstakedowns, in all the uh bioagents of development with the Dooesberg scholars with the Deont. We've been talking about

72
8:35

s, 35 secondswith Bob Müller with the Deont and his father with the Deont. We've been t going his father uh all the way back to the Manhattan project with the Deont.

73
8:45

s, 45 secondsWe've been talking about the Russian spy girls at the Deont mansion over and over again. It's the Deont, you know, dark hand here, right? That that's guiding

74
8:53

s, 53 secondseverything. And you just wonder how did the Deont [laughter]

75
8:57

s, 57 secondsget such a free pass here? I don't I don't believe it. uh you know the Deont uh Pierre Deont she Candace mentioned it

76
9:06

s, 6 secondsone time you know there was this little thing you know there's a lot of things happening somebody took an SD card out

77
9:14

s, 14 secondsof a camera somebody else wore a green hoodie you know this person over here uh wore a

78
9:20

s, 20 secondsred shirt this crew over here wore maroon shirts and all that's great I'm not I'm not criticizing that right but

79
9:30

s, 30 secondsthat in that list as you're going through the litany, right, of things that happened, right, you all of a sudden uh come across and there is this

80
9:39

s, 39 secondsone billionaire that said, "Charlie, if you don't step in line and go in line, you're going to be dead in two days."

81
9:47

s, 47 secondsHis name's Pierre Deont.

82
9:51

s, 51 secondsAnd you know, the chief financial officer,

83
9:55

s, 55 secondsthe chief operating officer, Justin Strait, who had been put in charge uh by Charlie only eight days before, is

84
10:02

s, 2 secondsthe one telling you that that this there's been this upheaval in management where Charlie's asked for this Doge

85
10:10

s, 10 secondsaudit on the second and the, you know, Tyler Boyer won't do it. So, he fires him and he puts this

86
10:18

s, 18 secondsJustin Straight in. So the fact that this offer, this offer you can't refuse had to happen between

87
10:28

s, 28 secondsin a very volatile time when Charlie's threatening the Doge audit, it had to happen between the 2nd of September and the time Charlie's killed in the one

88
10:37

s, 37 secondsweek in the one crowded week of Justin Straits being the number two guy at at at Turning Point. Right? To me, that's significant. To me, that's the juice,

89
10:47

s, 47 secondsright? That's right where you want to go to see who's got the motive for killing Charlie, right? You don't want to um

90
10:56

s, 56 secondsuh you don't you don't want to uh spend too much time on why did somebody wear a backpack or whatever. I'm I'm not saying

91
11:03

s, 3 secondsthese aren't important little anomalies and anacronisms. I'm I'm I'm not saying the coverage of those things. I would just like to see a little coverage of

92
11:11

s, 11 secondsthe guy of the mafia boss who said, "You have a a week to think about it." Otherwise, you're gonna be dead, right?

93
11:19

s, 19 secondsYou know [laughter] that if you're doing the movie of the Godfather,

94
11:23

s, 23 secondsyou kind of have to start with Marlon Brando. You have to kind of start with Vo Kolio. When the guy gets full of, you know, Victor Salazzo, you know, gets

95
11:33

s, 33 secondsfilled full of bullet holes. You don't go, you know, I think it was that guy who was the parking lot attendant and he

96
11:42

s, 42 secondswas shining the bumpers and he didn't get a tip by Victor Salazzo and that could be the reason why Victor Salazzo

97
11:49

s, 49 secondsis full full of holes with the Chicago Piano this morning. Now you go Vic Victor Salazzo wouldn't step in line and

98
11:56

s, 56 secondstake the burrow that Veto Kleó gave him and Veto Colon rubbed him out. Nobody has a hard time with that. But for some reason in this investigation,

99
12:06

s, 6 secondseverybody's seemingly having a hard time saying Dupont. Even Candace is having a hard time saying Dupont, even though that's where the the offer you can't

100
12:15

s, 15 secondsrefuse comes from, you right. She said it one time and then it's like everything stopped. The world stopped,

101
12:21

s, 21 secondsright? Um TPUSA, which had not responded to Candace until she said the word DuPont, but as soon as she said the word DuPont,

102
12:31

s, 31 secondsthey came back. Oh boy, do they come back, you know, with all kinds of slurs,

103
12:35

s, 35 secondsall kinds of people making stuff up on social media, all kinds of undermining, all kinds of lies. She's a nut, aliens,

104
12:42

s, 42 secondstinfoil hat, you know, just everything. Tim Pool calling her an effing scumbag,

105
12:48

s, 48 secondsjust all kinds of assassinations and and slurs. And you say, "Wait a minute. The metadata here, maybe not, I can't see it

106
12:56

s, 56 secondsdirectly, but the metadata here is the Dupont basically said, "Smear her, you know, keep me out of this." So, what I

107
13:05

s, 5 secondsthought I would do is um somebody uh I have a turkey named Marlon Brando. Okay.

108
13:10

s, 10 secondsWell, there you go. Um Marlon Brando apparently at one of the uh they had the

109
13:18

s, 18 secondsRobert Evans who was the guy who did uh was the producer and had was connected from New York uh the New York New York

110
13:26

s, 26 secondsmob and the Chicago mob with Sydney Corch uh had uh one of the Sicilian mafia uh dons sit and watch Marlon

111
13:35

s, 35 secondsBrando and they had a big party uh and Marlon Brando effectuated breaking wind in the direction of the

112
13:45

s, 45 secondsmafia don and the mafia don was like hey I don't care if he's Marlon Brando I don't care if it's the godfather that guy's going to die and so they had a big

113
13:53

s, 53 secondsthing to try to quell this thing you know because Marlon Brando thought he was being funny um so

114
14:02

s, 2 secondsuh yes I am in turning over the authorities and when you broadcast this information it goes up to thousands of people and it

115
14:11

s, 11 secondsgets to thousands of people. So, um I I've lost uh all respect for Cash Patel

116
14:18

s, 18 secondsand Damagino. Never had much respect for. So, really um like I said, I've not ever relied on the authorities. We

117
14:27

s, 27 secondsdropped the Podesta Group like a bag of dirt just by serving them with a very specific lawsuit. Uh we dropped uh the

118
14:35

s, 35 secondsClinton Foundation. I didn't get any help. No one helped me. uh other than task force, you know, and my researchers, we were able to to to knock

119
14:44

s, 44 secondsthe Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative out. So, I don't rely on authorities a lot and I don't waste my time a lot on the authorities, right?

120
14:52

s, 52 secondsI we get a lot more done, uh by ourselves. Um so, uh Candace has put up um and so

121
15:02

s, 2 secondstherefore I don't think she should shut up. I I realize that the the trolls are already here in massive force, you know,

122
15:08

s, 8 secondsjust like thousands of flying monkeys have already descended here, but Candace has already put up and so therefore u uh

123
15:17

s, 17 secondsshe should not shut up. She should be more vocal because that there's tremendous amounts of evidence that are that that is coming forward. So that that's the first slip and slider though.

124
15:29

s, 29 secondsWe got the first slip and slide of the day. So have fun on the Dundee slip and slide. So So the Dupants. Okay. So I

125
15:37

s, 37 secondsjust want to just back it up a little bit. Bring it on back here a little bit uh about the Dupont if you're not

126
15:45

s, 45 secondsfamiliar with how ingrained the Duponts are. And I've been covering Deont for nine years. Okay? So we've been out there with Hunter Biden and the

127
15:52

s, 52 secondsencrypted communications with Hunter Biden going back and forth to Henry Deont for for nine years, right? We've

128
15:59

s, 59 secondsbeen talking about this. So, uh, but I I just want to just back it up a little bit. And you know, this is the history

129
16:06

s, 6 secondsthat your your teacher never told you about the Louisiana Purchase, right?

130
16:11

s, 11 secondsRemember the Louisiana Purchase was Napoleon was in trouble because he had forever wars with England. And so

131
16:20

s, 20 secondstherefore, he thought he was going to lose the land anyway. So, he gave away uh the Louisiana purchase. and Thomas

132
16:27

s, 27 secondsJefferson got such a great deal and he bought the and a lot of that's true.

133
16:33

s, 33 secondsThe part that you missed the part that you missed in the story is that the guy who did the deal who was a Cortier to

134
16:42

s, 42 secondsyou know uh to Louis the 16th got his head chopped off uh in in Placid Concord uh was Pierre Deont.

135
16:54

s, 54 secondsRight. So Pierre Deupont I was the guy who said hey um you know Napoleon's

136
17:01

s, 1 secondgonna is losing around the world and he needs to pay his war debts to the Rothschilds and we need you to take your

137
17:08

s, 8 secondsAmerican gold from the new uh colonies and pay off Napoleon's debt and we'll sell you something that we probably don't own anyway which is Louisiana

138
17:17

s, 17 secondswhich is basically between the Rockies and the Mississippi. you know, it's a wide swath of land, right? And that is

139
17:23

s, 23 secondsthe first I mean, this is no one in American history, you know, uh, ever

140
17:30

s, 30 secondscovers this. The first Pierre Dupant in history was the one who got us the Louisiana Purchase. He was very close

141
17:38

s, 38 secondsfriends with uh, Thomas Jefferson. He brought and Jefferson personally managed

142
17:44

s, 44 secondshis son EI Dupont to be brought to the United States and to set up the weapons factory and be the number the first defense contractor.

143
17:55

s, 55 secondsJefferson worked on that case. Right now, there is a certain school of thought that says, well, I won't go into

144
18:03

s, 3 secondsthe Sally Hennings thing and Jefferson as the uh agent during the Revolutionary War, but the the Frenchification or the

145
18:11

s, 11 secondsFrancoilia of Thomas Jefferson started when he was um as the foreign representative to the

146
18:20

s, 20 secondsgovernment of France during the revolution, but we won't go there right now. But the first Aonus lure uh was

147
18:29

s, 29 secondsanyway I don't want to get into it. I I I'll just I'll just say that the first Pierre Dupont you think these people

148
18:37

s, 37 secondsdon't have an effect on uh on American history. You they don't have their footprint on American history. They don't make they're not movers and

149
18:45

s, 45 secondsshakers. uh if you live in this country between Mississippi and the continental divide

150
18:52

s, 52 secondsuh and some even argue all the way to the Pacific Ocean they just didn't know any better but um

151
18:59

s, 59 secondsis because of Pierre Dupont the first one now we're dealing with the fifth one okay so we're not that many Dupants

152
19:07

s, 7 secondsremoved here now there's been other Duponts in the middle but this is Henry Deont the fifth the fourth was the governor of Delaware so again not an ins

153
19:15

s, 15 secondssignificant position. We're not dealing with people um uh good morning Fort Wayne. You beautiful people in Fort

154
19:23

s, 23 secondsWayne. Everyone in Fort Wayne has a beautiful accent like the one I'm speaking in. No, they don't. Not not where I grew up and played high school

155
19:30

s, 30 secondsbasketball. So, but my my my point here is the Deont have had a footprint in American history to the size of the Louisiana footprint 200 years ago.

156
19:42

s, 42 secondsRight? So this is the mindset of Pierre Deont the 5th. My dad was governor of Delaware. Okay. My dad was the one who made the Bidens. He made Bo Biden,

157
19:54

s, 54 secondsright? He was the one who made Joe Biden. We have had uh our we've been the number one defense contractor for the

158
20:03

s, 3 secondsDepartment of Defense since 1803. I actually say it since the Revolutionary War, but just that's between me and you.

159
20:09

s, 9 secondsBut the history books say since 1803.

160
20:12

s, 12 secondsOkay. since the since the uh Northwest Territory, right? Uh the number one

161
20:19

s, 19 secondscontractor and every major defense contract since then, including the Manhattan project. Okay. All the way

162
20:28

s, 28 secondsthrough now. Anything nuclear pont's always in uh in first place, especially with uh plutonium, especially with the

163
20:35

s, 35 secondsHanford uh situation where they did the plutonium bomb out in Washington. It's [clears throat] always been DuPont.

164
20:44

s, 44 secondsNow they also did Kevlar. Somebody else mentioned they also did Nylon. They also did all the war every all the intellectual property. They came from

165
20:53

s, 53 secondsvarious independent inventors trying to help the war effort. Dupont took that intellectual property and made new

166
21:01

s, 1 secondproducts out of it. Cavlar was one of them. Nylon was another one. Dron, all these polyesters and so forth were all from independent inventors that were

167
21:09

s, 9 secondssent for the war effort to the office of science and technology. Vanavar Bush gave all those things to Dupont and DuPont capitalized on all of whom.

168
21:17

s, 17 secondsThat's just this the storage. They were one of the Agent Orange developers as someone here is saying there was also Dowo Chemical was also involved in that.

169
21:26

s, 26 secondsUm the um uh but it's important to understand the psyche of the person giving Charlie the death threat. I

170
21:34

s, 34 secondswouldn't be covering this. You know, I'm not trying to, you know, get a 10th grade history uh professor job anywhere

171
21:41

s, 41 secondsand they probably wouldn't let you teach this anyway, but this is the true history of the Duponts being the first

172
21:48

s, 48 secondsdefense contractor since before we had a navy. Uh well, John Adams put in our navy. So just about the same time we got

173
21:56

s, 56 secondsa navy and an army uh of any federally funded army uh and not just militias

174
22:04

s, 4 secondsit was DuPont you know Dupont was there um uh Candace and Kyle Sarapin Kyle Sarafin

175
22:11

s, 11 secondsto me uh has done hasn't done a lot right all he has that Kyle Sarapin has done is just

176
22:19

s, 19 secondscriticize me for for doing on the street reporting and for a uh knocking on doors and going and risking my life. That's the only thing

177
22:27

s, 27 secondsKyle Sailor has really done is just criticize the people doing the work. So I'm not very impressed with him. Um so yeah, and the French go all the way back to the to the revolution. Um, and yes,

178
22:39

s, 39 secondsI'll explain my connection with Candace here to give it a uh everyone an exact understanding of the Candace connection and how I'm getting information to

179
22:48

s, 48 secondsCandace and why I prefer giving in in information to Candace through a intermediary. Um

180
22:55

s, 55 secondsuh there and there is a uh there are joint ventures in uh in American history

181
23:03

s, 3 secondswhere they'll Dupont will do something with Rathon like the Manhattan project or DuPont will do something with Lockheed if they're developing some kind

182
23:11

s, 11 secondsof material for the F-35 etc. So um yeah um Dupont came up with

183
23:18

s, 18 secondsTeflon. Teflon caused a lot of birth defects and everything you've mentioned.

184
23:22

s, 22 secondsBut again, all these things came from the office of science technology where independent inventors like my dad send these things in thinking, oh, we're

185
23:29

s, 29 secondsgoing to help the war effort and then it turns around, right, and gets adopted after the war is over and DuPont ends up

186
23:38

s, 38 secondsmaking all this money. Teflon is another yet another example of that. So all these killer products DuPont has had have this this history. So anyway,

187
23:48

s, 48 secondsmy point is if you're Pierre Dupant and you're saying, "Look, I have a data collection scheme that I've been running

188
23:56

s, 56 secondsfor 30 years. It's called Operation Blackjack. And if you look at Pierre Deont, the fifth, he is an expert in data warehousing and starting with the banks and the credit card information.

189
24:07

s, 7 secondsAnd I've dealt a lot with the credit card companies. They can actually predict when you're going to go bankrupt before you know you're going to go bankrupt because they've done so much AI

190
24:15

s, 15 secondson credit card expenditures. You can do so much profiling on credit card expenditures, it's not even funny.

191
24:21

s, 21 seconds[snorts] Um, and blackmail on credit card expenditures, you name it. But you combine that information with facial recognition. You combine that

192
24:28

s, 28 secondsinformation with your COVID swabs. You you combine that information with your fingerprints, your criminal record if you had a criminal record. if you were

193
24:36

s, 36 secondstrying to find uh where the missiles uh you know were not getting to Pike in Ohio, the Russian missiles that were supposed to be there, etc. They combine

194
24:45

s, 45 secondsall of the data together uh into what's known as a dossier. Um so, uh I'll just

195
24:52

s, 52 secondscover a couple of more um uh a couple more things. Uh yeah, people are saying

196
24:58

s, 58 secondsDupont's also a top poller. Um and the Deont also rated the trademark office and so forth. Can I do donate through

197
25:06

s, 6 secondsbuy me a coffee? Yes, you can. You can buy me a coffee and buy me a coffee.

198
25:09

s, 9 secondsThank you very much. So, so here this I just want to give people the background here of who they think they're talking

199
25:17

s, 17 secondsto when Pierre Dupant who has this massive database, right? And this database is sort of the thing that is

200
25:26

s, 26 secondsthe database for the the terrorist database or the deplorables database or the untouchables database or the

201
25:33

s, 33 secondsinsurrectionist database or these are the insurgents database or these are the uh high-risk uh people that we have to

202
25:41

s, 41 secondsworry about etc. You get the idea. This is the people we need to put on the watch list. Right? That's the database that he runs. Right? It's a covert

203
25:50

s, 50 secondsprogram uh because it's illegally taking your data that you think is just personal to you and it's privately moving it over to a government contract.

204
26:00

sYet another government contract working again with Palanteer and using it against you, using it to

205
26:07

s, 7 secondstry to take away your stuff, take away your farm, take away your uh business,

206
26:12

s, 12 secondstake away your ranch, take away your mineral rights, take away whatever you got. Okay? And one of the nice things

207
26:19

s, 19 secondsabout having nothing as a citizen journalist is they can't take anything else away. [laughter] You know, well, you got it all. So, I have nothing. So,

208
26:27

s, 27 secondsyou you've taken it all. But you get the idea is that when you put this kind of power in the hands of people that are

209
26:34

s, 34 secondsincredibly rich and they need something or want something that you have, like for instance, TPUSA could be considered

210
26:43

s, 43 secondsa great place where we can go have discussions about the first amendment on college campuses or if you think about

211
26:50

s, 50 secondsit with these 8K and 4K cameras that are pointed where? Out at the crowd. Uh if

212
26:56

s, 56 secondsyou think about these in ISR planes, if you think about these Hades collected all Egyptian uh uh military planes that

213
27:06

s, 6 secondsare ISR intelligence um reconnaissance planes, they're recording everything, right? We already know they do this.

214
27:14

s, 14 secondsThey've already said they collected 229,000 names at the funeral without anybody's permission, without anybody's knowledge, right? They do this at all

215
27:23

s, 23 secondsthe events. And all of a sudden, one day, right? All of a sudden, one day,

216
27:29

s, 29 secondsCharlie Kirk realizes that there's a dual use for all of his going around for the last 12 years, going to all these

217
27:37

s, 37 secondsdifferent events that there's a collection scheme that's happening. And the very people he thinks he's representing and the very people he

218
27:45

s, 45 secondsthinks he's championing, right, as a true believer are the same people that are being reported on. They're the same

219
27:53

s, 53 secondspeople that are being dossiered. The same people that are being undermined.

220
27:56

s, 56 secondsThe same people that are having their houses taken, their franches taken, and their mineral rights taken, and all these other horrible things happen to

221
28:05

s, 5 secondsthem. uh you know in terms of of uh life disasters, right? And all of this

222
28:14

s, 14 secondshappens like a thunderclap to him one day when he realizes this and he says,

223
28:18

s, 18 seconds"Hey, wait a minute. I see all these sub subf foundations that are happening. I see all this money going out to contractors. I don't know what the hell

224
28:25

s, 25 secondsis going on. I'm out there busting my ass on the road going to all these different places and all these different meetings. I'm sleeping on park benches.

225
28:33

s, 33 secondsI sleep in better hotels than George Webb, you know. I'm not to the George Webb level sleeping on uh bus stations

226
28:40

s, 40 secondsor or railway station, you know, hard wooden benches. I'm not there. Charlie Kirk did live in an $8 million house. He

227
28:47

s, 47 secondswas staying at, you know, fivestar hotel. He was a multi-millionaire. So,

228
28:52

s, 52 secondsI'm not trying to sing the blues too much for Charlie Kirk. But I'm just saying is, hey, I'm spending 200 days of road on the road a year here. You guys

229
29:01

s, 1 secondare supposed to be back at the home fires making sure that the money that the donors are giving is being spent in the right way. You guys have that

230
29:10

s, 10 secondsfiduciary responsibility. I can't do it all. I'm out there making all these speeches. I'm out there texting, you know, trying to get new donors. I'm on

231
29:18

s, 18 secondsthe front end of this thing. I'm bringing the cash in, right? You guys are the ones who should be spending it correctly. If you're the CFO, you should be spending this correctly and so forth.

232
29:29

s, 29 secondsAnd what I don't want, right, and what I would be very disappointed to hear is you've created all these

233
29:36

s, 36 secondssuborganizations and you're paying out all this polola to these suborganizations that aren't filing their 990s that are black boxes that

234
29:45

s, 45 secondsseem to be individual slush funds for individuals here that are untraceable,

235
29:52

s, 52 secondsright? And we've got all these contractors who are overpaid now instead of employees. Now, it looks like a financial mess. It looks like a

236
30:01

s, 1 secondfinancial quagmire is what I've got here. And now I've got to figure out how do I untangle it. I've got to before I

237
30:09

s, 9 secondsgo on this tour again for this fall, uh before I start with the September 10th,

238
30:15

s, 15 secondswhich is the first event in Utah, I've got to untangle this thing and I don't have much time, right? And I'm going to do then what Elon Musk did. Elon Musk

239
30:24

s, 24 secondsdidn't have much time either. He came in, he got the Doge software and he got all the USA ID. He didn't get to USA ID

240
30:32

s, 32 secondsuh all the things we got to. Uh so I mean there's still a whole bunch of uh vaccine programs that we talked about that USA didn't get to, but it got to a

241
30:41

s, 41 secondslot of them like USAD predict and the corona virus program. They got to a lot of USID stuff that we'd reported on.

242
30:50

s, 50 secondsstill haven't gotten to a lot of the stuff that we talked about deep vision vaccines and so forth, but but you get the point. It's like, hey, Alen Mus did

243
30:58

s, 58 secondsit. Why don't I do it? I'll go in. I'll get the uh Doge software. I'll do an audit and I'll find out where you you

244
31:06

s, 6 secondssons of [ __ ] have been squirreling away cash, right? I'll find out. And then it was like, oh, I get it now. I

245
31:16

s, 16 secondsunderstand what's going on. Somebody is intimating here that there is a dual use here. Where a lot of the money is coming from is kickbacks from super donors that

246
31:25

s, 25 secondsare using this data for a national defense. They're using this data for the intelligence agencies. There's a second

247
31:33

s, 33 secondssource of funding and then it's coming back. The pola is coming back to us in

248
31:41

s, 41 secondsterms of uh of these intelligence agencies through through middlemen,

249
31:46

s, 46 secondsSchillman, Aman, Koch brothers, through various Ziklag through this Ziklag group. They're wandering it back. But it's these intelligence agencies that are giving me kickbacks.

250
31:57

s, 57 secondsand they're not giving it because they're so uh fired up about my speeches and they're so fired up about my first

251
32:04

s, 4 secondsamendment and they're so fired up about uh bringing religion back into America and bringing religion back into people's lives and having families again and

252
32:13

s, 13 secondsforget college and it's not any of the messaging that are bringing in these super donors. It's these intelligence

253
32:20

s, 20 secondsagencies that are using the byproduct of all my meetings and all my speeches for a dual use to dossier these people.

254
32:32

s, 32 secondsWho's doing that?

255
32:34

s, 34 secondsRight? Who's the guy behind that? Who's the guy running that show? And that's the last thing that the people at TPUSA

256
32:43

s, 43 secondswho aren't working for Charlie and are really working for this other person will tell you because that's really their boss and their bosses said don't you ever tell Charlie.

257
32:53

s, 53 secondsSo finally,

258
32:56

s, 56 secondsfinally at long last, somewhere in between the 2nd, I believe this happened on the 9th, but maybe it happened on the 8th. Somewhere in that period of time,

259
33:05

s, 5 secondsit can only be between September 2nd and the 10th, Justin Strait said, "Well,

260
33:10

s, 10 secondsthere is this super donor and this super donor uh has an offer to make you." And Charlie, it's not $5

261
33:18

s, 18 secondsmillion. It's not $10 million. It's not $15 million. This isn't chump change.

262
33:24

s, 24 secondsThis is a partnership in at the table in one of the biggest new companies that's

263
33:31

s, 31 secondsgoing to be launched on Wall Street for this data collection. But it's data collection from your part of this. It's

264
33:39

s, 39 secondsdata collection from your events. And all you have to do is keep going to your events with the with now the new knowledge that it's part of the thing is

265
33:47

s, 47 secondsthere's going to be people that we're going to identify in your groups, you know, that are potentially

266
33:56

s, 56 secondsnational security risks. They're mostly the people asking you the questions that you know are super, you know, uh, super

267
34:04

s, 4 secondsextreme people that are asking these questions. but we're also going to capture all the faces in the crowd of people who have come to see you.

268
34:14

s, 14 secondsAnd it's like, so I'm going to be a spy now. I'm going to take everything that I believed in for the last 12 years and 13

269
34:22

s, 22 secondsyears and been on the road and now I'm going to throw that all away and I'm going to live a lie and I'm going to

270
34:29

s, 29 secondsbecome a spy. Who am I going to become a spy for?

271
34:34

s, 34 secondsRight? He's saying the suggestion straight and Justin Strait says, "Well,

272
34:38

s, 38 secondsif you must know the truth, it's it's Pierre Deont."

273
34:46

s, 46 secondsAnd he says, "Well, um,

274
34:53

s, 53 secondsno,

275
34:56

s, 56 secondsI'm not. I'm a man of God. I'm going to live my creed.

276
35:01

s, 1 secondI'm not going to bend a knee to anybody but Jesus. I'm not going to bend a knee for anybody but the Lord.

277
35:12

s, 12 secondsCharlie, come on.

278
35:14

s, 14 secondsI got to tell you, all of our big super donors, the reason why we're getting all that money isn't because of you saying the First Amendment and you saying all

279
35:22

s, 22 secondsthe stuff about religion. A lot of those super donors are from the intelligence agencies.

280
35:30

s, 30 secondsI went through this myself personally at network associates when I found out that they were implanting viruses in order to

281
35:37

s, 37 secondscapture the URLs people were doing. I went through this same exact moment. I had this an you know anogic moment,

282
35:45

s, 45 secondsmoment of truth moment myself at network associates and I said over my dead body I'm out of here. We're planting viruses

283
35:54

s, 54 secondson people's computer so that they have a virus attack at the end of next quarter so they'll buy more viruses and we're harvesting all the URLs people are going

284
36:03

s, 3 secondsto and that's going to the CIA. That's what that's what I'm doing here when I'm selling this software. Now, I was on the

285
36:11

s, 11 secondsnetwork analysis side, but then they made us sell the antivirus for one quarter and I found out and I'm like,

286
36:16

s, 16 secondsit's Demetri Peravich, the same guy with the the DNC leaks, and I said, "No." And I left Network Associates. Charlie had

287
36:24

s, 24 secondsthe same decision to make, only on a much bigger scale. Maybe not on a much bigger scale because Microsoft Windows was in a lot

288
36:32

s, 32 secondsof places. So, anyway, but you get the idea is what's what's it worth to you to be a spy? what's your price? And he said, "No price."

289
36:44

s, 44 secondsOkay, that's your last day or this is your last week.

290
36:50

s, 50 secondsAnd what we can't do is have you going now on the road, right? And then saying, "I was given this offer,

291
36:59

s, 59 secondsthe devil's offer, this Pontious P, not Pontius Pilot, but you know, this Judas offer.

292
37:06

s, 6 secondsNow you're dead man. Now you're marked for death because we can't have you saying one word.

293
37:13

s, 13 secondsWe'll have to make sure that the first couple of questions aren't on funding of TPUSA and we have to make sure you're dead before you get a question about

294
37:21

s, 21 secondsfunding at TPUSA because we don't want you spitting the word Pierre Dupant out.

295
37:29

s, 29 secondsThis is exactly the same reason. That's the reason Charlie got killed.

296
37:35

s, 35 secondsBut it's exactly the same reason they're not letting Candace go live in at America Fest this month or on the 15th

297
37:44

s, 44 secondswhen they were supposed to talk just because of the odd chance that she might say the name Pierre Deupont.

298
37:55

s, 55 secondsThey can't take that risk. They can offer the invitation at midnight.

299
38:00

sCandace can say, "What the hell happened? I just got up. I just got my four kids off to home school and the tutor

300
38:08

s, 8 secondsand all of all of a sudden I see you offered and then you know asked and answered you know and then in the legal profession they call this asked and answered where you ask and then you

301
38:17

s, 17 secondsanswer the question before the the the witness has a chance to answer you know council you ask the question uh are you

302
38:26

s, 26 secondsgoing to let the witness answer they call it asked and answer and what TPUSA did is ask and answer because we cannot have you saying that name.

303
38:36

s, 36 secondsIf you say Pierre Dupont, it's the same exact damage done

304
38:43

s, 43 secondsof Charlie Kirk. I just don't think Candace realizes how damaging. I don't think Candace realizes the whole extent of the data collection program. When she does,

305
38:54

s, 54 secondsit will she'll see the parallels. But do you see why Melissa Strait uh and George Farmer with

306
39:02

s, 2 secondshis in intel uh adjacent connections were able to warn her that hey there's a hit team. It's it's the same people who

307
39:10

s, 10 secondskilled Charlie. It's the same people who are on these planes, assassination team on these planes. She even named one of them Makmoud Wid Makmoud.

308
39:20

s, 20 secondsUh we've been talking about this in 2017. these assassins. We've now got the plane not stopping in Cairo. It's turning off its transponder in Cairo.

309
39:29

s, 29 secondsBut where is the plane? Where are these planes going? These Egyptian planes,

310
39:33

s, 33 secondsthey're going to Israel. They're going to the Ngev Desert. How long we've been talking about the Ngev Desert. They're going to MSAD headquarters. How long we've been talking about that? Since

311
39:41

s, 41 seconds2016 and Mark Rich Navarit Air Force Base, how long we've been talking about that Bravement Prophecy, we're talking about nine years.

312
39:52

s, 52 secondsThat's where we said the data collection was with the Deont 9 years. Yeah. It's

313
40:00

skind of turning out that the TPUSA was the last in a series of collection schemes,

314
40:06

s, 6 secondsright? And she's starting to realize this. Everyone's starting to realize this how dangerous this is. And they're

315
40:14

s, 14 secondsnot even going to let her have a chance to respond.

316
40:20

s, 20 secondsAnd that is the situation. That is the situation. So, I'm going to go to some of the um um I'm going to go to the

317
40:29

s, 29 secondssubstack here just briefly and just run through this.

318
40:33

s, 33 secondsThe reason I put the Louisiana purchase in here is to know Pierre 1 is to know Pierre 5, right? Know who you're dealing with. Okay? It is Operation Blackjack.

319
40:45

s, 45 secondsOkay? Now, there was a Blackjack satellite. It was a DARPA project at the time I was told about it in 2017.

320
40:53

s, 53 secondsUh, everyone said, "Oh, it's a secret program. Doesn't exist." Then about 2018, 2019, they came out with a blackjack satellite.

321
41:02

s, 2 secondsThen it turned out not to work as well because of the Earth orbits and how they did things. And it turned out Starlink

322
41:09

s, 9 secondsuh with Elon Musk was a better version than the DARPA blackjack. But the data collection using satellites,

323
41:18

s, 18 secondsplanes at a a lower level,

324
41:20

s, 20 secondslow earth orbit satellites on the ground human intelligence collection.

325
41:27

s, 27 secondsIt's the the ba back end, the data collection back end, the big data thing that Pierre Dupont's an expert in still

326
41:34

s, 34 secondsexists in Wilmington. That's why the planes are stopping in Wilmington. They don't want to transmit that information over the wire

327
41:43

s, 43 secondsbecause it's subject to the NSA picking it up. Pure plain and simple. That's why they're stopping in Wilmington.

328
41:49

s, 49 secondsSo, as you can see, they're going to have a national um the interview about

329
41:56

s, 56 secondshow Erica is the victim, uh, etc. on the 13th. This is why they kind of wanted to have something on the schedule that

330
42:05

s, 5 secondsyou're answering your critics on the 15th.

331
42:08

s, 8 secondsThey didn't want to risk it before the big CBS interview that's happening on the 13th with Barry Weiss. They wanted to schedule it after. But then people like Baron Coleman and myself said,

332
42:19

s, 19 seconds"Wait, we'll help you. We'll help you if you're going to have a live moment,

333
42:24

s, 24 secondsright? We'll we'll we'll be counsel for you. We'll sit there and we'll say,

334
42:27

s, 27 seconds"Well, now what is this offer that was made?" First question. What's this offer that was made with Pierre?

335
42:33

s, 33 secondsYou know, put uh Justin Straight on the stand. What is the suffer with with with Pierre Dupant?

336
42:40

s, 40 secondsYou were only the you were only the COO for C chief financial officer eight days and yet you were there's a billion

337
42:48

s, 48 secondsdollar offer that was given to Charlie Kirk. Can you tell us more about that?

338
42:52

s, 52 secondsThat's the first question we can't have. Candace asked and answered asked and retracted immediately. Right.

339
43:04

s, 4 secondsAnd so I go into a lot of this uh Charlie Kirk uh featured me uh when I was talking about the Koch brothers.

340
43:11

s, 11 secondsEveryone was, "Oh, Greg Phillips is such a hero." Actually, we took uh uh unmasked that whole thing. Uh we uh

341
43:19

s, 19 secondsshowed that it was the Koch brothers that were sponsoring the whole thing.

342
43:22

s, 22 secondsSame thing with TPUSA. It's Koch Brothers all again. And I thank Charlie for putting me on a show. And I thank Charlie for talking about it. That's

343
43:30

s, 30 secondsthis is when I knew to me Charlie Kirk was a was a straight shooter. He was willing to call out the people on the right going, "Hey, this Greg Phillips is

344
43:40

s, 40 secondsnot not a a good guy. He here's he's working for the Koch brothers. Now this Engle, the woman he was with is sucked

345
43:49

s, 49 secondsinto it. She was a true believer that got sucked in, you know, by the infiltration. But this is when Charlie Kirk won me over when he put me on a show when I was reporting from Houston.

346
43:59

s, 59 secondsSo my point is Candace is on the right track with these planes. This is collection and she is kind of, you know,

347
44:06

s, 6 secondsyou're seeing little blips and starts of, you know, here's these 73 planes,

348
44:10

s, 10 secondshere's these tail numbers, here's these assassins, here's the French Foreign Legion unit, here's unit 13, here's Wed Makmood, here's this Israeli assassin.

349
44:21

s, 21 secondsShe keeps putting out uh metadata that's real metadata of a real collection scheme, right? And she's right about it.

350
44:28

s, 28 secondsAnd this is the way to build the whole case. Tail numbers. Forget about everything else. Forget about everything else. Forget about the guy with a

351
44:36

s, 36 secondshoodie. Forget about all these other things. Nothing else matters. The collection scheme is the game, right?

352
44:42

s, 42 secondsShakespeare. Something is a foot or something is rotten in Denmark. It's the whole story. There's nothing else to concern yourself with. This is the

353
44:50

s, 50 secondsstory. So, u here's Fra Hodel. She has her own way of expressing herself. She's done a lot of great research. she was

354
44:57

s, 57 secondsgoing to run our we're going to start a Rothschild news agency news to Rothschild and uh she'll run the um the

355
45:04

s, 4 secondsFrankfurt I've at least pitched that she runs the Frankfurt office. She'll have to run in between Bilderberg and IG

356
45:11

s, 11 secondsFarbin up to uh Prince uh Williams uh Netherlands, but she'll run the the Rine

357
45:17

s, 17 secondsbasically. But this is the thing he's doing, right?

358
45:23

s, 23 secondsHe's taking this dual use data and he's saying here are the various uses. Here are sort of like here's the big

359
45:31

s, 31 secondswarehouse of items. Now here is a set of intelligence analytics that you can spin off of that for each industry, right?

360
45:40

s, 40 secondsAnd you can create from this data warehouse, you can create all these different industries from your data, right? From knowing your data, especially around marketing, right?

361
45:49

s, 49 secondsEspecially around this information around marketing. That's what he does, right? That that's what he does.

362
45:55

s, 55 secondsPreparing for generational wealth. Hey,

363
45:59

s, 59 secondsdo you think they don't mention Pierre Samuel Deont I doing the Louisiana purchase for Jefferson in their behind

364
46:08

s, 8 secondsthe scenes presentations talking about saving generational wealth when they bring in Pierre Dupont.

365
46:17

s, 17 secondsThere's the father there. He was the governor uh Pierre Dupont IV.

366
46:21

s, 21 secondsRight. Again, Candace is on the right track when she's going to these planes.

367
46:26

s, 26 secondsIt is the game. It is the game that is a foot. It is the thing that's rotten in Denmark, right? As long as you stick to

368
46:34

s, 34 secondsthat, you're going to win. As long as you stick to the major thing that's wrong, the major sellout, the major dual

369
46:42

s, 42 secondsuse, the major backdoor deal. As long as you stick to Pierre Dupant, you're going to win or be killed or both. And I have a partner. I have two dead partners.

370
46:52

s, 52 secondsWe've been following this Rosemont Senica thing, right, which is a front company through an Indian reservation.

371
46:59

s, 59 secondsAgain, Danny Castillo here again through Henri Deont. And it's obvious that he's a Deont agent, that Hunter Biden is a Deont agent. Great running into you,

372
47:11

s, 11 secondsright? Like they're both walking down the street in Wilmington and he's not a Dupont agent. We've never had a relationship before. We just run into

373
47:19

s, 19 secondseach other. We're walking down the street and as long as we're we we just bumped into each other here at 920 King.

374
47:27

s, 27 secondsWhy don't I tell you about Remember that Brisma thing, which Brisma means shadow or uh you know, cloature. It means an

375
47:35

s, 35 secondsartifice that's created. It means an opaque black box to hide covert action. As long as we're going to, you know,

376
47:43

s, 43 secondsbumping into you, let's do another covert action.

377
47:46

s, 46 secondsLet's sell something to the government of UAE. As long as we're here on the street in Wilmington at 920 King, right?

378
47:53

s, 53 secondsAnd so, oh yeah, the government of UAE.

379
47:56

s, 56 secondsWhere are some of the other places the plane shows up in this story? Oh, Saudi Arabia. Oh, they are they talking to some, you know, parking level uh

380
48:05

s, 5 secondsattendant uh company about better ways to park the cars with robots or something? No, they're dealing with the

381
48:12

s, 12 secondsking of Saudi Arabia. That's not a data collection program for the king of Saudi Arabia. We said it was Zaran. The other

382
48:21

s, 21 secondsuh uh fact that came out about these planes is that they take all Aisi

383
48:28

s, 28 secondsaround. The king of Egypt or the president of Egypt is being taken around in these planes. We said it was Zoran.

384
48:36

s, 36 secondsZ a HR an Zoran is the Gorbonafar of our time or the Adnan Kosigible of our time.

385
48:43

s, 43 secondsHe is the weapons broker. He is the thin face that Israel uses to sell weapons to the Saudi kings. The Saudi kings don't

386
48:51

s, 51 secondswant to buy from Israel because they're on paper uh that on paper they are enemies. So I'll use a front company.

387
48:59

s, 59 secondsI'll use an Egyptian weapons broker and we'll just broker everything that we get here at Raphael and excfiltrates the United States and then rebadges Israeli.

388
49:10

s, 10 secondswe'll just sell it through Zeron and we'll have Zeron fly around on their planes and we'll make these presentations. That's exactly what's

389
49:17

s, 17 secondshappening. We've been covering it for nine years with Henry Deont. Okay, it's going to be the same story with Pierre

390
49:24

s, 24 secondson the data on the data side. Henri is more on the bioweapons side, but it's again a lock a monopoly an insiders

391
49:33

s, 33 secondsmonopoly on this information that they're then marketing to these Sunni kingdoms. If you don't remember, this is the 10th grade history lesson. If you

392
49:42

s, 42 secondsdon't remember everything in between the Mississippi and the Continental Divide,

393
49:45

s, 45 secondsright? Basically everything Lewis and Clark touched, right?

394
49:52

s, 52 secondsUm and after Jefferson bought it, he said, "Well, let's go find out what we what we bought." [laughter] It was the

395
50:00

sone real estate deal where they didn't actually know what they got, so they had to send Louis and Clark out to find out what they actually bought. We've been talking about Palunteer as being one of

396
50:09

s, 9 secondsthe key partners of DuPont here since 2016. This is a slide I've done since 2016. Key partner of the Deont in terms

397
50:18

s, 18 secondsof all this layered collection. It's not just uh cars that are doing license plate readers. It's not just these

398
50:26

s, 26 secondslittle standup things that look like um oldtime photographer tripod things. Not just those kind of collection devices.

399
50:34

s, 34 secondsNot just cameras. It's not just flock cameras. It's also drones. It's also these uh planes that have higher uh

400
50:42

s, 42 secondsoptics. It's also satellites, low earth orbit satellites, cheap satellites, the big keyhole satellites in geocynchronous

401
50:49

s, 49 secondsorbit. It's a layered architecture. It's a layered architecture with Palanteer, right? We've been talking about ALPRs.

402
50:57

s, 57 secondsWe've been talking about um citizen journalism versus Palanteer as the only way to stop the robot, right? The only

403
51:04

s, 4 secondsway to stop the robot is having experts who know how to stop the robot. Having a bunch of prefuncter uh uh people who are

404
51:14

s, 14 secondsare are worried about the next great country music sensation that they're worried about their you know what kind of hat they wear at the at the next

405
51:21

s, 21 secondspress release. That's not who's going to stop this. It's only going to be citizen journalism. Right. There are some of the names. You've seen them before. There

406
51:29

s, 29 secondsare some of the palunteer names. Peter Teal is probably the most obvious one.

407
51:34

s, 34 secondsBut we've covered a lot of the other uh folks. Alex Karp probably being the one we've spent the most time on. But there are some of the other names that are

408
51:42

s, 42 secondsinvolved in the in in this. We've been talking about Blackjack for nine years now, right? Talking about this data uh based process. People say, well, that

409
51:51

s, 51 secondswas a that was a satellite and it got turned off with DARPA. Yes, Starlink did take place of the satellite, but the

410
51:59

s, 59 secondssatellites always been a the satellites have always been a layered collection scheme. It's there satellites are going to come and go. Drones are going to come

411
52:07

s, 7 secondsand go. Plane ISR planes are going to come and go. The backend database structure is going to stay the same. This is what I did for a living.

412
52:16

s, 16 secondsSo, this is not something I'm talking about that I did don't know what I'm saying. I know this subject, right? I know data warehousing. So, um, there's

413
52:26

s, 26 secondsGreg with the and and it's difficult. I will be the first to admit it's difficult to pick out who is the person

414
52:33

s, 33 secondsworking for the Koch brothers and who isn't. Until you get into the court records, you don't know, right? And Charlie picked me out because I was able

415
52:41

s, 41 secondsto get into the court records. And I photographed, maybe legally or illegally, uh, all the court records that were that were before the court

416
52:50

s, 50 secondssealed them. And the court sealed them the next day. And I took a picture of every piece of the transcript and I showed clearly that it was the Koch brothers that were financing him. And

417
52:59

s, 59 secondsthey were taking over going through the southern southern states taking over all the prison business. The Koch brothers wanted to take over all the prisons

418
53:06

s, 6 secondsand be paid three times what uh it costs to house prisoners right across all the

419
53:13

s, 13 secondssouthern states. So, I really respect Charlie because he was the one who picked me out and said, "No, this guy's

420
53:20

s, 20 secondsactually doing the the the truth work." And I showed how Angelre was kind of a true believer and I

421
53:28

s, 28 secondsinterviewed all the people that she had come up with and how she had been sucked in by him and you know how they use the true believers to get what they want to

422
53:37

s, 37 secondsget the Koch brothers what they want. So anyway, uh we this program I I make the point again, it's a repeat of Gladadio

423
53:44

s, 44 secondswith James Angleton in in after World War II, the CIA, and it's a repeat of what they did in Vietnam with the Phoenix program. This is nothing new.

424
53:54

s, 54 secondsIt's just a repeat. It's just more technology, more data, right?

MOTTA 2028

POTUS 48 — Day 1 as Commander in Chief

Identify War Criminals • Rule of Law • America First

Day 1 — My Priorities as Commander in Chief

On Day 1, as Commander in Chief, I will immediately direct the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and inspectors general to begin a full review and identification of individuals involved in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and serious violations of U.S. and international law.

  • Review of all ongoing conflicts and U.S.-supported operations
  • Identification of foreign and domestic actors responsible for war crimes
  • Prioritization of American service members’ safety and accountability

My Constitutional Rights & Powers as Commander in Chief

The President has significant authority under Article II of the Constitution, but all actions must follow the rule of law. Here is what I can and will do lawfully:

  • Designate Enemy Combatants — Through intelligence and military channels, identify individuals actively engaged in hostilities against the United States.
  • Authorize Lawful Military Action — Against active threats in accordance with the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), Geneva Conventions, and U.S. law.
  • Military Tribunals & Prosecutions — Direct the use of military commissions for war criminals when appropriate under the Military Commissions Act.
  • Declassification & Transparency — Order immediate review and declassification of records related to war crimes and dual-use programs.
“I will identify war criminals and hold them accountable under the law — not through personal vendettas, but through the full constitutional powers of the Presidency and the rule of law.”

Note: The President does not have unilateral “rights to kill” American citizens or anyone outside of active armed conflict and strict legal standards (due process applies to citizens). All actions must comply with the Constitution, U.S. law, and international obligations.

Connection to My Broader Agenda

  • Full audits of dual-use programs and defense contractors
  • Support for citizen journalists like George Webb exposing corruption
  • Epstein Transparency Act and NSA Civil Liberties Restoration
  • Bring focus and resources home to American families, farmers, and workers

Motta 2028 | POTUS 48 — Big Data for Oversight, Not Surveillance

MOTTA 2028

POTUS 48 — Big Data for Oversight, Not Surveillance

Fraud Prevention • DOGE Audits • Day-One Executive Orders • America First at Home

How I, Robert R. Motta, Will Use Big Data as POTUS 48

As President, I will repurpose big data collections for legitimate federal oversight and fraud prevention — not for unconstitutional surveillance or “The Robot” control systems.

“Big data will be used to protect taxpayers and American families — never to spy on them or enrich billionaires.”

My Policies on Big Data, Federal Oversight & Fraud Prevention

  • DOGE-Style Audits Expanded: I will continue and strengthen Elon Musk’s DOGE model with full inspector-general audits of big data programs (Palantir, Operation Blackjack, deep vision vaccines, etc.).
  • Fraud Prevention First: Use big data analytics to detect waste, fraud, and abuse in federal contracts, defense spending, and vaccine programs — saving taxpayers billions.
  • Day-One Executive Orders:
    • Executive Order 1: Mandate immediate transparency reporting on all big data collections touching American citizens.
    • Executive Order 2: Require every federal agency to submit big data usage reports to Congress and the public within 90 days.
    • Executive Order 3: Prohibit dual-use big data programs from being used for domestic surveillance without a warrant.
  • Protect Privacy While Fighting Fraud: Big data will track fraud and waste — not citizens’ private lives. NSA Civil Liberties Restoration Act will be my top priority.

From Will County Courthouse to the White House

I have seen big data and surveillance abuse up close in the Will County, Illinois courthouse — “Ill County” corruption that wastes citizens’ time with no accountability. The same swamp exists in DC. As POTUS 48, my boots-on-the-ground experience drives my policies: end the abuse, fund citizen journalists like George Webb, and use big data only for oversight that saves taxpayers.

POTUS 48 — Boots on the Ground vs The Swamp

Will County Courthouse Corruption • Illinois “Ill County” Swamp • DC Swamp • Citizen Journalism First

George Webb Video — Learn From One of the Best Independent Journalists

Other journalists and citizens should study George Webb’s boots-on-the-ground research expertise. Here is the full video:

My Personal Fight in Will County, Illinois Courthouse

I have spent years on the ground in Will County, Illinois, fighting corruption at the local courthouse — what I call “Ill County.” I have seen firsthand how judges (including Judge Pornlito) and the system waste citizens’ time with no accountability — just like the DC swamp.

My boots-on-the-ground work is exactly like George Webb’s. I have wasted countless hours and resources because there is zero accountability in Illinois courts — the same problem we see in Washington.

“No more wasted time. No more protected corruption. Whether it’s Will County courthouse or the DC swamp, the American people deserve real accountability.”

My Rights as POTUS 48 to Fund Citizen Journalists Like George Webb

As President, I have clear constitutional and statutory rights to create a Citizen Journalism Transparency Fund using discretionary executive authority, inspector-general budgets, and public-interest oversight funds.

  • I can direct funds to pay independent journalists like George Webb for high-impact research that exposes waste, fraud, and dual-use programs.
  • This is not “taxpayer waste” — it is an investment that saves taxpayers billions by uncovering corruption at the local level (Will County) and federal level (DC swamp).
  • Every dollar paid to citizen journalists like George Webb will be recovered many times over through audits, declassifications, and recovered funds from corrupt programs.

I will continue my duties and rights to the American people — protecting and funding boots-on-the-ground journalists who fight the same corruption I have faced in Will County, Illinois.

My America-First Commitments as POTUS 48

  • Protect and pay citizen journalists who fight “The Robot” and local/federal corruption
  • Full audits of dual-use programs, defense contractors, and courthouse accountability failures
  • Epstein Transparency Act + NSA Civil Liberties Restoration
  • Bring every federal dollar home to American families, farmers, and workers
  • End the Illinois-style “Ill County” and DC swamp culture of no accountability

Motta 2028 | POTUS 48 — Dual Use Programs, Assassinations & Epstein Files

MOTTA 2028

POTUS 48 — Dual Use Programs, Assassinations & Epstein Files

Transparency First • America First at Home • No More Patsy Narratives

Dual Use Programs — Not Just CIA “Fed Slop” Patsy Stories

Dual-use programs are technologies and operations that serve both civilian and military/intelligence purposes — vaccines, data warehousing, surveillance planes, AI, and biological research that can be used for public health or for control, blackmail, and weapons.

Independent journalists like George Webb have long warned that these programs go far beyond official CIA/FBI narratives. They involve defense contractors, foreign intelligence ties, and “patsy” stories that hide the real operators.

Who Really Killed JFK & Charlie Kirk? Patsy Theories & Epstein Files

Decades of independent research point to “patsy” operations — Lee Harvey Oswald for JFK, and recent theories around Charlie Kirk’s assassination. These cases are repeatedly linked to dual-use intelligence programs, blackmail networks, and foreign influence (including Israeli intelligence ties via Epstein files).

“The Epstein files are the key. Blackmail, modeling agencies, visas, and dual-use programs all connect. We need full declassification — not more fed slop patsy stories.”

As POTUS 48, I will demand proof through lawful declassification. No more protected narratives.

My Policy as POTUS 48: Full Transparency on Dual Use Programs

  • Epstein Transparency Act — declassify all related files, including any Israeli intelligence/blackmail connections
  • Audit every dual-use program (vaccines, data, surveillance, biological research)
  • Expose “patsy” operations in JFK, Charlie Kirk, and similar cases
  • Protect citizen journalists like George Webb who investigate these networks
  • End corrupt CIA/FBI appointments and dual-use contractor empires

Every policy will be tested by one question: Does this protect American families, farmers, and workers — or does it protect the dual-use surveillance state?

George Webb Video — Learn From One of the Best Independent Journalists

Other journalists and citizens should study George Webb’s work. Here is the full video where he breaks down DOGE successes/failures, deep vision vaccines, and “The Robot”:

My Policy: Pay Citizen Journalists Like George Webb Under My Administration

As POTUS 48, I will use lawful presidential authority to create a small Citizen Journalism Transparency Fund that pays independent journalists like George Webb for high-impact investigative work that exposes waste, fraud, and abuse.

“George Webb and other citizen journalists will be paid under my administration — not with taxpayer waste, but with savings they help create.”

My Legal Rights & How It Saves Taxpayers Money

  • Presidential Authority: I can direct discretionary funds, use inspector-general budgets, or issue an executive order creating a public-interest transparency fund (similar to how past presidents funded oversight and whistleblower programs).
  • Legal Basis: Article II powers + existing statutes that allow the Executive Branch to fund oversight, audits, and public accountability initiatives.
  • How It Saves Taxpayers: Every dollar paid to citizen journalists like George Webb will be dwarfed by the billions they help recover through exposing waste in DOGE, defense contracts, vaccine programs, and surveillance empires.
  • Result: More eyes on government = less corruption = massive taxpayer savings.

My America-First Commitments

  • Protect and pay citizen journalists who fight “The Robot”
  • Full audits of Palantir, DOGE, deep vision vaccines, and defense contractors
  • Epstein Transparency Act + NSA Civil Liberties Restoration
  • Bring every federal dollar home to American families, farmers, and workers

MOTTA 2028

POTUS 48 — Loyalty to American Families First

Citizen Journalism vs The Robot • America First at Home

Citizen Journalism Against The Robot

Independent voices like George Webb are on the front lines fighting “The Robot” — the massive AI-driven surveillance and data-collection system (Palantir, Operation Blackjack, deep vision programs, etc.) that turns American citizens into dossiers.

“The only way to stop the robot is citizen journalism. Real boots-on-the-ground reporting that exposes the data pipelines, dual-use vaccine programs, and billionaire control systems.”

As POTUS 48, I stand with citizen journalists. I will protect them, amplify their work, and use presidential powers to audit and dismantle unconstitutional surveillance systems.

Real Presidential Powers & Budgets I Will Direct

  • Commander in Chief — Direct $1.01 – $1.05 Trillion National Defense Budget (prioritized for America, not forever wars)
  • President — Oversee ~$7 Trillion total federal budget
  • Federal Contracts — Oversee $750 – $834 Billion annually — bring every dollar home

My Key Policies as POTUS 48

  • Citizen Journalism Protection Act — Shield independent journalists from federal harassment and censorship
  • Epstein Transparency Act — Full lawful declassification of trafficking files and modeling agency networks
  • Defense Contractor & Deep Vision Audit — Full inspector-general review of DuPont, Palantir, DOGE outcomes, and vaccine data programs
  • NSA Civil Liberties Restoration — End warrantless domestic surveillance and data warehousing
  • Clean Appointments — No corrupt CIA/FBI insiders. Appoint patriots who serve the people (including full UAP/UFO disclosure supporters like Dr. Steven Greer)
  • America First at Home — Resources for farmers, workers, and families — not endless foreign wars or billionaire projects

George Webb on DOGE, Deep Vision Vaccines & The Robot

George Webb exposed DOGE’s missed targets on deep vaccine contracts and AI data systems. I will not ignore these warnings.

My Pledge: Continue my duties and rights to the American people — full transparency, accountability, and protection for citizen journalists fighting The Robot.

George Webb on Elon’s DOGE: Successes, Failures & Deep Vision Vaccines

Independent researcher George Webb’s analysis — I take these insights seriously as POTUS 48.

George Webb highlights Elon Musk’s DOGE successes (cutting waste, exposing bureaucracy, rapid audits of USAID and vaccine programs) but also failures (missed deeper vaccine contracts, bioweapons pipelines, and “deep vision” vaccine technology tied to data collection and dual-use programs).

Webb connects this to “deep vision vaccines” — advanced programs involving AI-driven data warehousing, facial recognition, and intelligence-linked vaccine development that go far beyond public health.

As POTUS 48, I will continue my duties and rights to the American people: full inspector-general audits of DOGE outcomes, defense contractors, and any “deep vision” vaccine programs. Transparency first — for your families, not billionaires.

Top 10 DuPont Issues as Reported by George Webb — I Will Take These Seriously

As POTUS 48, I will use every lawful presidential power to investigate and bring transparency to the long history of defense contracting, data collection, and influence — starting with the DuPont family’s role as America’s earliest federal defense contractor.

George Webb Transcript Summary – Top 10 DuPont Points I Take Seriously

These are key claims reported by independent researcher George Webb in the embedded video. As President, I will demand lawful, evidence-based reviews through inspectors general and declassification — protecting national security while restoring public trust.
1. Earliest Federal Defense Contractor
DuPont was the first major defense contractor, supplying gunpowder before John Adams created a federally funded Navy and standing Army (not just state militias). Pierre du Pont helped set up the first U.S. weapons factory with Thomas Jefferson’s direct involvement.
2. Louisiana Purchase Connection
Pierre Samuel du Pont (first Pierre) was central to the Louisiana Purchase deal with Napoleon, giving the U.S. vast territory between the Mississippi and Rockies.
3. Manhattan Project & Nuclear
DuPont ran key plutonium production at Hanford and played a central role in the Manhattan Project — America’s nuclear weapons program.
4. Modern Defense Monopoly
Continued as #1 defense contractor for over 200 years, including plutonium pits, Kevlar, Nylon, and other war materials developed from inventor submissions funneled through government channels.
5. Agent Orange & Toxic Legacy
Major producer of Agent Orange and “forever chemicals” (PFAS) from Teflon and other products.
6. Data Warehousing & Operation Blackjack
Pierre du Pont V allegedly runs massive data-collection programs combining credit cards, facial recognition, COVID data, and ISR planes — called “Operation Blackjack.”
7. Ties to Political Influence
Historical and current connections to Biden family, intelligence contractors (e.g., Palantir), and nonprofit/political funding flows.
8. Dual-Use Intelligence Programs
Alleged use of events, planes, and technology for citizen dossiers and surveillance sold back to government agencies.
9. Generational Wealth & Power
Family has maintained influence across centuries — from Revolutionary era through today — shaping policy, defense, and data.
10. “Offer You Can’t Refuse” Pattern
Webb highlights billionaire-level influence over organizations (like TPUSA/Charlie Kirk case) where refusal of partnerships allegedly leads to severe consequences.

In the video below, George Webb explains the DuPont family’s long history: from Pierre Samuel du Pont’s role in the Louisiana Purchase under Thomas Jefferson, to becoming America’s first major defense contractor (gunpowder, Manhattan Project, Kevlar, Agent Orange, Teflon), to today’s alleged data-warehousing empire.

Webb describes “Operation Blackjack” — a layered intelligence-collection system using planes, satellites, facial recognition, credit-card data, and more — allegedly run through DuPont-linked companies and partners like Palantir. He ties it to billionaire influence over nonprofits, political events, and dual-use programs that turn citizen data into dossiers.

Motta’s stance: Independent journalism like Webb’s raises serious questions that deserve answers. As President, I will force lawful, transparent reviews — not to smear anyone, but to protect your privacy and your children’s future.

What I Will Do for American People, Their Children, and Our Future Grandchildren

1. Epstein Transparency Act
Lawful declassification of trafficking files, modeling-agency visa pipelines, and related corruption — with ironclad victim privacy.
2. NSA Civil Liberties Restoration Act
End warrantless domestic data collection. Mandate real minimization and public reporting so no family’s privacy is sold.
3. Intelligence Contractor Audit Order
Full sunlight on billion-dollar data contracts. No more secret dossiers on American citizens.
4. Follow-the-Money Transparency
Rapid public disclosure of dark-money donors, nonprofit-political ties, and foreign influence — no matter who they are.
5. Family-First Legacy Order
Every policy measured by one question: Does this make life better, safer, and more affordable for your children and grandchildren?

My Promise: Not Funded by Billionaires — Loyalty Only to Your Family and Mine

“I am not owned by any billionaire, any defense contractor, or any political machine. My only loyalty is to American families — your family and my family. I will use the real powers of the presidency to lower pressure on you, raise transparency, protect your children’s privacy and future, and make sure the next generation inherits a free and prosperous America.”

This campaign runs on everyday Americans. No DuPont money. No Koch money. No billionaire strings. Every decision will be made with your grandchildren in mind — not the next quarterly donor report.

Why Vote Motta for POTUS 48

Because your children deserve better than secrecy
I will end the era of hidden data pipelines and unaccountable billionaires.
Because your grandchildren deserve opportunity
Real transparency means real freedom — not dossiers, not surveillance, not endless wars.
Because families come first
My loyalty is to you, not donors. Your time, your privacy, your future — protected by real presidential power.

What this page is built to do

This page uses real issue trends and official government powers as the spine of the campaign. It separates verified current facts from campaign proposals.

The core campaign promise is simple: use the real powers of the presidency to cut delay, expand lawful transparency, protect civil liberties, lower household pressure, and force accountability where secrecy has become a shield.

Voters do not need more noise. They need a President who knows what powers the office actually has, and how to use them for the public.

Real POTUS powers that matter

Commander in Chief The Constitution gives the President command authority over the armed forces and a duty to protect the country.
Pardon and clemency power The President can grant pardons and reprieves for federal offenses, except in cases of impeachment.
Executive orders and directives A President can direct agencies to review rules, streamline processes, and reprioritize enforcement within the law.
Agency accountability A President can order transparency reviews, inspector-general cooperation, declassification review, and ethics enforcement.

Motta transparency and accountability proposals

1. Epstein Transparency Act Campaign proposal to create a lawful declassification and records-review process for public-interest trafficking and corruption files, with privacy protections for victims.
2. NSA Civil Liberties Restoration Act Campaign proposal to require stronger public reporting, tighter minimization rules, and outside review for surveillance authorities touching Americans.
3. Snowden Clemency Review Campaign proposal to review Edward Snowden’s case through a clemency and public-interest lens, not as an automatic promise but as a formal review of public value, damage, and precedent.
4. Brennan-Era Intelligence Accountability Review Campaign proposal to examine CIA and intelligence-community conduct, records handling, and public trust failures through inspectors general, oversight committees, and lawful declassification review.
5. Rapid Records Response Order A White House-driven policy to cut needless federal delay on FOIA and public-interest records.

Top 10 daily reasons to vote Motta, built from real issue trends

These are the issues dominating current public concern and federal action, translated into a daily campaign frame.

1. Cost of living Voters are still punishing leaders over inflation, gas prices, and day-to-day affordability.
2. Jobs and economic confidence Economic pessimism is broad and deep across groups, which makes “time, work, and household relief” a winning frame.
3. War and foreign conflict Public concern over war spiked sharply in 2026, making steadiness and constitutional discipline a major issue.
4. Drug prices and health costs Drug pricing, insurance pressure, and price transparency remain central kitchen-table issues.
5. Housing Affordability and slow housing supply are still major drivers of family stress.
6. Immigration and border policy Voters want security with competence, not chaos with headlines.
7. Fraud and system abuse Families want protections against waste, fraud, and bureaucratic leakage.
8. Civil liberties Americans still care about privacy, speech, and surveillance when those issues are explained plainly.
9. Veterans and addiction recovery Service members, families, and communities expect more than slogans.
10. Trust The real crisis underneath everything is trust. Motta’s advantage is to treat the public like adults.

Why vote Motta

Because your time is your life Waste, delay, and dysfunction steal not only money, but time you cannot get back.
Because smart health policy means lower pressure Drug prices, addiction treatment, hospital pricing, and veterans’ care all connect to family stability.
Because transparency is not optional Public trust dies in secrecy. Motta’s message is lawful disclosure, disciplined review, and direct accountability.
Because the office should be used, not performed The presidency has real tools. Motta’s campaign is about using them on behalf of ordinary people.

What this page is built to do

This is real-news content grounded in public records, court filings, USCIS rules, and mainstream investigations — separated clearly from campaign proposals.

Voters deserve full context on how high-profile visas were granted, how modeling agencies operated in the Epstein network, and how the same ecosystem touched Trump businesses. Motta’s campaign pledges lawful transparency without compromising victim privacy.

“Use the real powers of the presidency to lower pressure, raise transparency, protect liberty, and respect the public.”

Einstein Visas (EB-1A) – Extraordinary Ability Green Cards

The EB-1A “Einstein visa” is an employment-based first-preference green card for individuals with sustained national or international acclaim in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. No job offer required. Self-petition allowed.

Qualification: Either one major award (Oscar, Pulitzer, Olympic medal, etc.) or at least 3 of 10 regulatory criteria:

  • Published material about the applicant in major media
  • High salary or remuneration
  • Leading/critical role in distinguished organizations
  • Original contributions of major significance
  • Commercial successes in the performing arts, etc.

Nicknamed after Albert Einstein’s own facilitated entry; used far more broadly today.

How Melania Trump Received an Einstein Visa

March 2001 – Melania Knauss (Slovenian model) received EB-1 approval. Applied in 2000. One of only five Slovenians approved that year.

Evidence submitted included:

  • European runway work
  • Camel cigarette Times Square billboard
  • Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue (2000)
  • British GQ cover (2000)

She first entered on an H-1B visa sponsored by agent Paolo Zampolli (Metropolitan/ID Models) based on prior European tear sheets. Became U.S. citizen in 2006.

Critics (WaPo 2018, congressional scrutiny) questioned whether her portfolio met the high bar. Supporters note media coverage and modeling precedents were accepted.

Epstein Files & Modeling Agency Visas

Jeffrey Epstein and associate Jean-Luc Brunel (MC2, Karin Models) used modeling agencies to sponsor H-1B, business, and student visas for young women, many from Eastern Europe and Brazil. Agencies acted as sponsors, landlords, and gatekeepers. Many women reported little or no actual modeling work — the pipeline led to Epstein properties and flights.

No public evidence Epstein/Brunel directly fixed EB-1 Einstein visas. Their documented pattern used temporary visas for access and control.

Trump Model Management Visa Practices

Founded 1999 by Donald Trump. Sponsored dozens of H-1B visas for foreign models (“distinguished merit and ability”). 2016 investigations (Mother Jones, CNN) and lawsuits (e.g., Alexia Palmer) alleged:

  • Models worked on tourist visas before H-1B approval (illegal for paid work)
  • High salary claims on petitions but heavy “expense” deductions left models with very low net pay
  • Agency-controlled housing with large deductions

Class-action suit later dismissed on procedural grounds.

Overlaps, Intelligence Claims & Pageants

Trump and Epstein moved in overlapping New York/Palm Beach modeling and social circles (1980s–2000s). Trump owned Miss Universe / Miss USA / Miss Teen USA (1996–2015). Allegations of inappropriate behavior at pageants exist in public statements (Tasha Dixon, Miss Arizona 2001; Miss Teen USA 1997).

Researchers like George Webb allege a unified foreign-intelligence (Mossad/CIA) trafficking pipeline. Mainstream reporting finds shared industry practices and social overlap — not proven joint intelligence operation. No court or Epstein file evidence confirms a single “same agency” network.

Motta Transparency and Accountability Proposals

1. Epstein Transparency Act
Lawful declassification and records-review process for public-interest trafficking and corruption files, with strong victim privacy protections.
2. NSA Civil Liberties Restoration Act
Stronger reporting, minimization, and outside review for surveillance affecting Americans.
3. Rapid Records Response Order
White House policy to cut FOIA delays on matters of high public interest.

Why vote Motta on this issue

Because transparency is not optional
Public trust dies in selective secrecy. Lawful disclosure on Epstein files, visa patterns, and intelligence conduct is overdue.
Because the presidency has real tools
Declassification authority, inspector-general directives, and clemency review can be used responsibly for the public.
Because victims and voters both deserve respect
Full context without salacious leaks or political theater.
Motta 2028 | AM Bites to Late-Night Streams
Robert R. Motta 2028 · 24/7 Content Machine

Morning bites. Lunch depth. Dinner recap. Late-night streams. Wake up and repeat.

This version rewrites the campaign language around how real people consume media all day: a cup-of-coffee check-in in the morning, longer lunch reads when people are hungry for more, a full-belly dinner recap at night, and a 24/7 late-night stream cycle that keeps voters coming back.

AM coffee bites
Lunch longer reads
PM dinner recap
Late-night streams
Repeat daily

The new campaign language

People do not consume politics in one block. They nibble in the morning, get hungrier in the afternoon, settle in for a fuller version at night, and still want more before bed.

Motta 2028 should sound like a living media cycle, not a static issues page. The campaign should feed voters throughout the day: light in the morning, deeper by lunch, fuller by dinner, and strongest after dark.

Give voters a reason to wake up for more, check in at lunch, come back after dinner, and stay up for the late-night truth stream.

Daypart campaign flow

Morning · AM coffee bites

Cup-of-coffee truth bites

These are short, clean, easy-to-share pieces. Think one idea, one headline, one Motta fix. Voters are busy. They want a fast hit before work, school, or errands.

  • One top-issue headline
  • One “real POTUS power” truth bite
Afternoon · Lunch longer versions

  • 90-second explainers
  • Top 10 issue cards
  • Policy breakdowns
  • Creator-watch reactions
Evening · PM dinner full-belly version

  • Policy + truth + accountability wrap-up
  • Why vote Motta tonight

Late night · 24/7 stream cycle

  • “Best of the day” stream
  • 10 real POTUS power truth bombs
  • Late-night creator-watch stack
  • Sleep on it, wake up for more

10 real POTUS power truth bites

1. The President can direct priorities. The office can push agencies to move faster, publish more clearly, and cut delay.
2. The President can review secrecy. The White House can order declassification review and public-interest records review.
3. The President can use clemency. Federal pardon and clemency powers are real, serious tools.
4. The President can set the tone. Agencies respond differently when the White House demands transparency and results.
5. The President can push healthcare pricing pressure down. Executive action can force greater price visibility and agency focus.
6. The President can reorder federal attention. What gets investigated, reviewed, and prioritized changes with leadership.
7. The President can champion liberty. Speech, privacy, and surveillance policy all move when the White House chooses to act.
8. The President can protect whistleblower pathways. Culture at the top determines whether truth is punished or heard.
9. The President can reduce pressure on families. Better decisions on regulation, fraud, healthcare, and records access affect real households.
10. The President can respect your time. Motta’s frame is simple: less delay, less waste, more life back to the people.

How the language should sound all day

Morning language “Here’s your first truth bite of the day.”
Lunch language “You saw the headline. Now here’s what it really means.”
Dinner language “Here’s the full story and why Motta’s policies work together.”
Late-night language “Before you sleep, here are tonight’s 10 truth bombs to think on.”

Why this works for voters

Growing depth Afternoon content rewards curiosity and keeps attention moving.
Satisfying recap Evening content ties the whole day together.

Motta 2028 | Your Time Is Your Freedom
Published by the Robert R. Motta Presidential Press Team

Your time is your freedom. Your life is your wealth.

This campaign message explains something every voter can understand: from a baby's first heartbeat to old age, life is measured in time. Time becomes work. Work becomes money. Money becomes shelter, food, care, dignity, and freedom. When systems waste your time, they waste your life.

Time = life
Work = money
Freedom = control
Vote Motta

Why this message matters

Every person, at every age, understands time. A child understands waiting. A worker understands hours. A parent understands sacrifice. An older American understands how fast the years go.

Robert R. Motta’s campaign begins with a simple truth: your most valuable asset is not a building, a bank account, or a title. It is your time on Earth.

The government can waste your money and you may earn more. But if it wastes your years, your health, or your family time, those moments do not come back.

Life through time

The first heartbeat Before a child ever speaks, life is already moving through time. Every heartbeat is a reminder that life is precious from the beginning.
Childhood A child measures life in birthdays, school days, weekends, and summers. Childhood teaches us that time is joy, growth, and possibility.
Working years An adult measures time in shifts, pay periods, deadlines, commutes, bills, and sleep. This is when time becomes labor, and labor becomes money.
Family years Parents measure life in soccer games, dinner tables, graduation days, and missed moments. These years show that time is love, duty, and memory.
Older age Elderly Americans understand time in the deepest way. They know every year matters, every day matters, and dignity matters.

How time becomes money

Most people do not think of money as “hours of life,” but that is what it is. When you work one hour, you trade a piece of your life for income. That is why waste, fraud, delay, and corruption are not abstract problems. They steal life.

Easy example anyone can understand

If someone earns by the hour, every dollar comes from time they will never get back.

1 hour part of your life
1 workday a full day traded
1 year thousands of hours
When a broken system delays justice, wastes your paperwork, blocks your money, or drags out your life, it is taking more than cash. It is taking your hours, your peace, and your future.

Why every age group should understand this

For young voters Your time is your future. You need a country that does not trap you in debt, delay, and broken systems.
For workers Your paycheck is made of hours. Your campaign choice should respect the work behind every dollar.
For parents Your time with your children is limited. Government should not steal it through chaos, inefficiency, and needless stress.
For seniors Your remaining years matter deeply. Policy should protect dignity, savings, health, and peace of mind.

Why vote Robert R. Motta

Because time is freedom Real freedom means control over your own life, your own work, your own property, and your own future.
Because wasted time is stolen life Delays, bureaucracy, fraud, and legal abuse do not just cost money. They cost health, family peace, and opportunity.
Because every person deserves dignity A child’s time, a worker’s time, a mother’s time, a father’s time, and an elderly person’s time all deserve respect.
Because government should serve the people Robert R. Motta’s campaign is built around the idea that systems must stop wasting human life and start protecting it.

Campaign lines voters can remember

Your time is your freedom. If someone wastes your time, they are taking part of your life.
Your work is your wealth. Every paycheck comes from hours you cannot get back.
Your life is precious. From the first heartbeat to old age, every stage of life deserves protection.
Vote Robert R. Motta. Vote for a government that respects your time, your labor, your money, and your future.

1. Daily clip promos Short vertical videos using one question, one quote, and one voter takeaway.
2. Book-read breakdowns Calm, narrated commentary that sounds more serious than hot-take media and builds trust with undecided voters.
3. Media-watch recaps Compare what one outlet says, what another omits, and what still remains unclear.
4. Campaign commentary Tie creator content back to your policies on transparency, lawfare, free speech, and public oversight.
